Check out is at 9:00 a.m. a $50 fee will be added if you check out late. No swimming in Salt Bayou. There are a lot of alligators in the lake.
No celebrations of any kind, no loud music. The neighbor has cameras and will report the disturbance. Thank you

My husband and I had such a great time there. We were able to crab and fish and just enjoy being outside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. This is a place we would definitely come back to. Everything was neat and in order.

This property is great. Five minutes to Rigolets Marina and sits on a canal leading to Pontchartrain. Owner is very accommodating, quick to respond to messages and provides an excellent stay.
