Great location

We enjoyed staying here. There was always free on street parking and the street car stop was at the corner. We liked being able to do our laundry and having the space to relax. There were places to eat within a short distance. It was great having double sinks in the bathroom so we could get ready for the day at the same time.

Great property and location

Loved being so close to the trolley that takes you to so many locations in the city. It was a very quaint spot to lay our heads at night and enjoy the mid-April mornings. It happened to be French Quarter Festival the weekend we were there and we were so thankful for a quiet place away from the crowds but still so close. 10/10!

Mid town New Orleans

We enjoyed this property and its location very much. Easy travel to downtown and the French Quarter via the Canal St trolley system. Lots of good restaurants in Mid Town, and the neighborhood is peaceful and feels safe at night. Canal street traffic takes a while to get used to but we did after a few days.Upstairs neighbors seemed to be up and walking all hours of the night, not sure what that was about. Other neighbors were friendly and shared good info about nearby parks and restaurants.As a tourist I felt a lot of the people were surprisingly unfriendly and dismissive to us, My wife and I have traveled extensively in the US and Europe, the negative vibe from many locals was unsettling. Maybe a sign of the times. The Big Easy?

Mardi Gras Visit

The location was excellent near many restaurants and on the street car line. Was able to watch a parade from the porch. The property needed some minor cosmetic repairs in the bathroom but overall the home was very nice and I would definitely stay there again. The host was excellent and provided a wealth of information including dining options

Great experience

Everything about the experience was great. Location was close walk to grocery, restaurants and trolly. Online pictures and reviews were accurate, unit was clean and comfortable, price was reasonable, everything that was promised was delivered and the management team was great. I was very happy with everything.

Great location on Canal street. Street car for transportation was wonderful. Only used our car one day out of 4.The place was comfy. And loved that we walked to very good eating places multiple times within blocks of the house. Host was responsive.

I loved this 1/2 of the duplex. I felt cozy and safe. Well located with access to the Quarter and my events. For an antique house, it was well renovated, modern, and clean, but kept the charm.

Anniversary trip

House was exceptionally clean and the location was ideal. We would highly recommend. If in the area again we will definitely stay here. Rear parking is really really tight but there is plenty of street parking available.

Great little place!

Great place to stay!

You really can’t beat the price or location. We were within walking distance to local restaurants and a maximum of 20 min away from anything we wanted to do in the city. Definitely recommend!

Summer Visit to New Orleans

I've stayed here in February 2024. Came back again to visit my son. This is a lovely place, convenient to transportation, restaurants, stores and to NEW ORLEANS! Communication with owners is always a pleasure. Other than some minor issues, this is our go to place when visiting our son. Thank you!

Great location! Great Host!

This is a nice place to stay if it is just you and another person. It is on the strip where there is literally everything! There are tons of places to choose from all within walking distance. It’s about 10-15 minutes from Bourbon street and is centrally located within minutes of any other major place you’re trying to visit. The host was great and very responsive, they offered suggestions for things in the city and was just overall helpful! This is a great place to book!
