The staff at check in was very helpful. We paid for early check in and were 30 minutes early and she accommodated us. Lucien was so nice and friendly and made us the BEST hurricanes !! The rooms were very clean and comfortable ! The lobby was beautiful !!

The room was clean, but very old and dark. The wooden balconies that led to the rooms needed updating - rotten wood. The hotel itself needed a lot of work - updating & maintenance. However, the breakfast was ‘superb!’ Lots of choice & tasty food. Good coffee facilities too.

Three and a half stars. The breakfast was very good and made it super convenient in the mornings. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated. The parking lot had a lot of trash lying around. The staff were really nice. If the rooms were a bit more updated and modernized this hotel would be a good 4/4.5.

Normal breakfast foods had hot foods as well as cereal grits fruit etc. Not the best but a great way to start the morning if you don't want to go out for breakfast.

The room was terrible rated 1-2 stars. The view was awful with one window overlooking the top and back of peoples cars. The other was of the concrete wall. The parking was a nightmare. We had to unload the vehicle. I had to carry everything myself because someone had to stay in the vehicle due to vehicles being towed. We then had to drive 4 blocks and park for an additional 50 bucks and then walk back. The website says self parking but unfortunately you can’t park on site due to unavailability.when it came time to check out, we had to walk 4 blocks back to get the vehicle and load everything the same way we unloaded with someone staying in the car. Overall, for the price, the mess with parking, and the hotel being 1-2 stars, you can find something for half the price and save some money. This hotel stay was not worth $400.00.
