I would give 2 stars but Genesis and Scott are pleasant people and made a midnight run to our unit with towels. I added a star for this service.INFLEXIBLE Management: within an hour of making my reservation I requested a change to shorten stay by one day. No response from the management. Kept reservation, but that should have been my first clue that this property might not offer the best customer service. Added Fees: I spent more than 325 extra per night OVER advertised price!! Loud Roosters: Wild roosters roam the property. They crow non-stop throughout the night and day. Disrupted sleep. Broken Dryer, no offer of recompense for inconvenience: After two days at a stormy Jazz fest our clothes, including jeans, sweatshirts and jackets, were soaked and muddy. Called management about the dryer and then had to deal with repair calls. Dryer was never repaired. No offer to recompense for time inconvenience or laundry fees. Treacherous Stairway: the stairs in this unit are the craziest steepest stairs I have ever seen and they are right by the front door. Dangerous. There is no indoor comfortable living area: Two daybeds are considered beds/ Neither of which are comfortable as beds for people over 5ft 5 nor comfortable to sit on as couches for daytime use.Kitchen is small. It’s fine, but not worth the price we paid. Thin walls: could hear neighbors partying/talking until 5 am sometimes. This situation convinced us to stay at a hotel next time.
