This property was the worst place I have ever stayed and the most expensive. Pool filthy, water cloudy, sand all over bottom, grass very high, weeds all around property, dresser and outlets not working in bedroom, wires exposed in gameroom, nails all over driveway from roof repair, 4 family members getting ear infections, pinkeye, etc. when returning home from water conditions, icemaker not working, no silverware, infestation with wasps having nests in soffit that had holes in creases all around property, poorly remodeled and needed alot of TLC. Manager has listened and agreed with all concerns and complaints, kept stating would get back with me, and then finally was only willing to refund a very small portion of this costly property that you would expect so much more.

The whole family enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect - pool, hot tub and game room were all a hit! The location was great - quick 5 minute drive to town, with a lot of land to feel secluded. And Tiny was a fantastic host - great communication throughout our stay. Thanks for the memories!

June vacay

We have rented very many houses in Michigan and across the country. For this stay, it was my family and my sister's family which means it was 4 adults and 4 children ages 12-19. The house had many highlights including a pool, a hot tub and the game room. The kids loved the game room and is mostly where they hung out. We all watched a movie there one night as well. However, to access that game room you have to go through one of the bedrooms. That second bath is also only accessible through that bedroom. This was a kids bedroom so it worked out fine. The kids also enjoyed the pool but were constantly using the net to remove the little bugs and tiny frogs that kept visiting. The yard was large enough to set up our volleyball net and play a few matches.

We enjoyed I'll stay. Only thing is, the floors are very cold, & its cold in the living room always eventho the heat be on. My mom said it was cold. Other than that my family loved the getaway we had togther.

Great proximity but also, private

It's very easy to get around the area from this location but you feel very secluded. Plenty of room to spread out. Tony was great to work with. Would stay again if we vacationed in New Buffalo again in the future. Loved it!

More Berrien County Success

Yet another wonderful family trip to Barrien County. Tony was nothing short of an amazing host. The property was loads of family fun from the game room TO hot tub TO large fire pit TO location to everything we love. We highly recommend looking up Tony and this awesome property up on your next excursion to Southwest Michigan!

Wonderful home

I cannot say enough about this home. We are regular VRBO renters and this is in the top 3. The home is really clean, it is so nicely decorated and so well appointed with all you need for a fun getaway. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but checked them out and they look like they would be a blast. We did use the game room a lot. The 18+ age kids loved it and the 50+ age kids did too!! It seriously is for all ages. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen had all we needed. Tony is a fabulous host. Very responsive and goes above and beyond. If you have the chance, stay at this house, you will make great memories and I bet you will want to come back - I know we do!

Just a perfect place to rent

I cannot praise the property enough. There was more than adequate sleeping arrangements for all 8 of us, plenty of space, and a beautiful, fun, and clean property to enjoy. Tony was very responsive to our messages and made the entire process seamless. Everybody in our group agreed that we wanted to return to the property, as the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and game room made it a no-brainer. Its proximity to New Buffalo, the beach, casino, and golf course was quite literally ideal. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Has it all!

Kids especially loved the game room! We had s’mores gathered round the firepit and used the pool, too! Diving board was kids favorite and basketball hoop too! The home decor was lovely and totally enjoyed our stay!

Great House in an Amazing Location

The house and property were perfect for our group of 10. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The beds were awesome, everyone raved about the mattresses. The house is decorated nicely and the furniture was high quality and very comfy. The game room was such a nice feature and we spent most of the time in there. The outdoor space is peaceful and the firepit has nice chairs. The pool and hot tub were also great and well kept. The drive-way was long and spacious and accommodated all our cars. We did not have to move cars to let people out. The showers had good water pressure and we had enough hot water for everyone each morning. The location itself has conveinent access to the highway and all the local hot spots.

Great rental!

Thanks for a great stay!! We loved the space and especially the game room on a rainy day! The owner was SUPER responsive to everything we needed. Easy to get to New Buffalo and Union Pier and so nice to have the pool!
