Room was right outside the breakfast dining area with no noise insulation. Property was okay but probably this is the kind of hotel you get in the area. Part of our family wanted to have breakfast earlier than before but they said that they will only serve breakfast once so it is not allowed :(

Walking distance to Uchisar Castle, pigeon valley. The hotel staff is very friendly and go over and beyond to assist you. The breakfast was really good and provided a personal touch and presentation of food and choices was really awesome.

Property manager was very supportive and helpful when we landed early morning and had to do early check-in. Excellent customer service. Morning breakfast at the suites was also a healthy spread.

The staff was completely disinterested and didn’t bother cleaning the rooms even while we were away all day. The breakfast was average, but the area around has some decent restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It’s just as well we spent 2 days and were away on tours all day.

Excellent Stay!!

It's a fantastic place to stay. Everything was nice and clean, with updated bathrooms and showers. The cave-style hotel was perfect. If you want something different with a great experience, stay here. You won't regret it. The service was excellent.

This is a good location, safe area and the property its self is clean. The staff and owners are very nice and polite. Here comes the deal... there is no AC, no exhaust fan in the washrooms, no fridge, no microwave, no sink or kitchen area. The place feels damp after a day and gets very hot in the day. It can sleep 5 people with no doors or curtains and it gets really bright when you want to sleep. So i suggest ghat you ask for a fan and blackout curtains, and dont forget the toilet paper rolls. Good luck.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pinhan, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel provided excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. However, I must admit that the breakfast fell a little short of my expectations. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. However, when it came to breakfast, I found it to be somewhat disappointing. While there was a decent variety of options available, the overall quality and taste could have been improved. That being said, the breakfast staff were attentive and polite, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. In conclusion, my stay at Pinhan was enjoyable overall, with the hotel delivering on its promises of comfort and convenience.

Wow! This property is fresh and new - we stayed in a real carved out cave room! The room was spacious and we were so glad to have four beds to fit our family of five. The room was decorated with antiques giving it a homey and classy feel. We loved the desk made from a treadle sewing machine table! As with most places in Cappadocia, the plumbing has issues with a slight odor and the shower was not very warm. Our desk attendant was so helpful trying to get us a hot air balloon ride and giving us recommendations for places to visit the dairy castles. The breakfast was huge and located on an upper floor in a spacious room. The food was absolutely delicious, a classic Turkish breakfast to enjoy slowly while reflecting on our travels. The hotel is in Uchisar, a much nicer town than Goreme because it is smaller and somewhat less touristy. The hotel is not located along the city edge, but views from the roof are good. We took a picnic out to an overlook for our dinner to enjoy the sunset. The hotel is so close to the Uchisar castle, you could just enjoy the sunset view from the castle!

This hotel was absolutely lovely! The room was huge and beautiful and the Turkish breakfast every morning was delicious. We have been in Turkey for three weeks and so we used this spot as our down time because we were here three nights. It was really perfect for relaxing in the room or courtyard. There are several very good restaurants right in town so you don’t have to travel to Goreme to eat amongst all that chaos. This town is quieter and nicer to spend your time. We also liked that you could walk right to some hoodoos and so if you want to take pictures with the balloons, you can roll out of bed and get back to sleep after you’re done. We also went up in the balloons and the company we booked picked us right up from the hotel driveway at 3:30am. We were glad they were able to do hotel pickup from this location at such an early hour. We’d definitely stay here again.

Odalar son derece temiz ve konforluydu, otelin genel ambiyansı da oldukça huzur vericiydi. Ama asıl etkilendiğimiz nokta, çalışanların güler yüzü ve misafirperverliğiydi. Her biri işini severek yapıyor ve misafirleri memnun etmek için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını sunuyor. Özellikle resepsiyon ve restoran ekibine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.
