We had a great vacation, appreciated the timely vacation pick up and efficiency of having our car rental on site. Appreciated the arrival care package and the service of our concierge. We enjoyed massages and a chef's dinner as well. Philippe the onsite Caretaker and Anise the Housekeeper were very accommodating.

The Villa was exactly as portrayed on the website. We had an electrical problem and the issue was addressed immediately. The first response was within 5 minutes and the repair was done within 2 hours.

The villa is beautiful and very well looked after. The pool is a real treat and the view is just stunning. We got savaged by mosquitoes, more so than in other parts of the Caribbean so I don't think their mosquito prevention device is working very well, actually if anything it seemed to attract mosquitoes in doors!! However of course insect bites is an expected aspect of visiting that part of the world. The service is very good - the cleaner is great and the live-in caretaker also. But for us, we would have preferred more privacy. We didn't need cleaning 6 days a week and as the cleaner stayed for around 3 hours, we found it a little intrusive. We also found the concept of a live-in caretaker a little unusual. He was great and very helpful, but for us we value privacy more than having on-site assistance. Some guests would love it, because the quality of the service is very good, but it just wasn't quite what we were looking for.
