This is a 1 bedroom top floor apartment in complex called LAZUR.

This apartment is located at the heart of the Dinevi resort in the LAZUR complex. Surrounded by other complexes, the LAZUR complex has its own pool and is a few minutes walk through landscaped and via a picturesque promenade to the beach and sea area. The apartment is also right next to the 300 yacht capacity size marina with its lively atmosphere and nearby restaurants and bars.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and ample utensils, crockery and kitchen work space for preparing meals. A large balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the pool adds to the comfort and agreeableness of the apartment.


The apartment is tiled through out, has air conditioning units in main living area and bedroom, a bathroom complete with shower unit, an inner hall, a big living room with an open plan kitchen. Also two sofas in the lounge can convert to double beds at night.

A set of attractive PVC double glazed windows and door leads from the lounge to a good size balcony (see photo section) designed in the traditional Bulgaria style. The apartment is on high ground and is south west facing - thus ideal for providing shade from the early morning sun and perfect for watching the sunset after a hard day's sunbathing.

It is approx 850 meters from the centre of Sveti Vlas - the predestrian high street leading to the center offers a colourful array of street merchants, small restaurants, shopping places and a child-friendly atmosphere.
Guests may also be interested in visiting the Nessebar Old Town, located around 6km away. This town is a heritage site and showcases the cultural heritage of the region with its abundance of Bulgarian craft and souvenir shops, cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and churches.

Also across the bay from the apartment is the ancient town of Nessebar, a 3000 year old settlement and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It boasts 10 splendid mediaeval churches and has a lovely ancient streets where there are some fabulous restaurants with an amazing sea view and plenty of tourist shops. You can get to Nessebar by water taxi from the marina. This is a great trip with an excellent view of the whole bay including Sunny Beach or if you prefer there is a bus service which runs every 20 minutes from outside the Resort.

In addition to the beach, there are a network of eco hiking trails accessible from the apartment at the back of Sveti Vlas covering the foothills of the eastern Baltic mountains.

The trails pass through coniferous forests and offer stunning panoranic views out over the sea. Picnic benches and huts are scattered along the routes for added convenience.
