The place was great - very clean and comfortable, and a short drive to boardwalks of Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, Long Branch, etc. Walking near the house is not that great but we had a lovely time there.Good parking for two cars on the driveway and more on the street. We never were able to access their guidebook online, unfortunately.Beds are very comfortable - we slept very well.Thank you!

The hosts were very good at responding to questions and providing lots of information. The house was clean, well maintained. The beach passes and chairs are a plus!It’s about 5 mins drive to the beach. We had two cars and can park both cars on the fenced driveway.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Incredibly clean, well-appointed, and easy access to tons of restaurants and the beach. We walked everywhere. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There's was an issue with the AC before we arrived, but Indira met us at the property and went and bought us fans, which were more than adequate to get us through the night. They had the AC fixed the next day. This was truly a great experience and we'll be staying again next time we're up for a show!

Little Gem Minutes From Asbury Park

This 2 bedroom house was cute, clean, nicely decorated with all the basic amenities. The check in process was smooth and the property manager was in very close contact with me. When I had questions she responded quickly, which was very much appreciated. The gated in off street parking was an excellent feature and made it so I didn’t have to even think about my car being secure or struggle for a place to park when coming back to the house. Having beach passes was also a great benefit. Not only did we not have to pay to get on the beach, we didn’t need to stand in line to buy a pass each day. The host has provided all the possible streaming services for evening entertainment for me and my daughter to unwind in the evenings. We will definitely consider this place again for future summers.

Perfect in every way

The home was very clean with new everything! It was close to the beach and quaint shopping district. The owner was extremely personable and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The price was also excellent.I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for everything. This will be my go to spot whenever we're visiting the area.

Weekend getaway

The check in process was simple after booking the house; getting the code for the house + the Wi-Fi code. I did not have any problems with anything on the property in particular so I did not need to contact the property manager. I only contacted the property manager a few times prior to checking in and the response were very quick. My overall stay was great. Home is very homey and comfortable, just how I wanted. Would definitely book to stay again in the future

Great house

I had a very pleasant stay at this location. Everything was exactly as pictured. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay (9 days for us.) We were visiting family and a hotel wouldn’t work for us as we were 4 adults and didn’t want to have to eat out constantly. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend.

Great stay at Sunset Haven

A friends trip to Asbury was made perfect by the stay in the super cute house. Our hosts were really communicative, everything was perfect, well stocked and really clean. Everything we needed for a mini break! I highly recommend.

Relaxing abode

The apartment was extremely clean and very modern. The hosts were easily accessible in terms of communication. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. Bradley beach and Ocean Grove were within minutes of our stay. We highly recommend staying at Sunset Haven!
