I like that it is a pretty quiet property and that you can pay online (weekly, montly, etc). The virtual assist is very helpful and we plan to stay for a few months.

Bad experience. Will not rent even just to sleep

My stay was ok. The stove in the room had black stuff around the burners. The lights were a little too low for my taste. The lights on the left side of the room did not turn on. The room had a horrible smoke smell. There was people walking outside the room late at night, and making noise late. I did not feel safe being in the room so I made people stay with me. The parkig lot is reduced and almost always full. The kitchen sick faucet was almost falling out. I didnt take picture because I had more important things to do

Get what you pay for

This was a very cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. The parking was absolutely terrible, baby roaches popped up everyday, the water ran cold for 2 days straight, but the maintenance man did come in with bug spray and try to fix the water situation. Just not very well kept, it worked for my stay though. I just touched it out lol. If I was with family, I wouldn’t have stayed here and I wouldn’t stay here again. It would be better just paying more somewhere else.

Decent Stay

I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again. I would just want the room fixed or another room.

Mike and crew goes above and beyond with quick responses and handles all issues in a quick and timely fashion and could not ask for better customer service and complete professionalism at all times. They are truly amazing and clearly are the best choice in Tinton Falls!!

The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and the property is very safe and management keeps the property clean and any issues are handled immediately with on sight management and they go above and beyond for all their customers and that is something I have heard from current customers and that speaks volumes about Kiteville!!! Best hotel in the area hands down !!!

Extremely clean rooms we love the contemporary design everything looks new and the rooms are beyond spacious and so comfortable like a home away from home! The staff and management team Budo, Ahmet, Esen, Esengul, Morven. Buse and Youseff these guys know what they're doing and they know how to treat their customers. You can tell they are very experienced business owners in the industry who continue to strive for excellence in customer service and going that extra mile always! Extremely clean rooms. we loved the contemporary design of the room everything looks amazing and brand new and the rooms are beyond spacious and so comfortable like a home away from home! And I have to say the team at Kitesville Budo, Ahmet, Esen, Morven, Buse, Youseff and Esengul are the most professional employees holding a very high standard and management knows how to treat their customers and they truly are outstanding business owners there level of professionalism and high quality of customer service management knows how to treat their guests!!! The only issues we had were the remote didnt work for the tv, inconvienent, but not a deal breaker. The heater is in the front living room, and struggles to reach the bedroom. Again not a deal breaker we just cranked the heat whe we left and it was fine that night ...parking is tight but doable
