The Sails Nelson was absolutely amazing. Not only is the location central and within a quick walk to local cafes, restaurants, and the city centre; but the staff are super friendly, accomodating, and helpful. If I could give the Sails Nelson more then 5 stars, I most definitely would!

The Sails was easy to get to and the suite was spotless. We ended up arriving later than the office was open due to a late ferry arrival, but they easily helped us get our key. Thank you so much for everything! We loved our stay with you!

Really high quality motel & staff .

Sherrie was so welcoming !!! The motel is immaculately clean, bright and modern , with a fantastically equipped kitchen area , dishwasher with the dishwasher soap supplied, and access to washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. The bathroom was large with fluffy towels & lovely soar, conditioner and shampoo. The nespresso coffee machine had plenty of pods and fresh milk was waiting in the fridge . Our room was downstairs, so had a little patio area with chairs , and space to put a drying rack ( from the laundry) outside. Iron and ironing board and a safe were supplied along with bathrobes and crisp white sheets . Very impressed at the attention to detail, and unlike other motels we have used, even had salt and pepper mills .
