There are two spacious queen bedrooms one with ensuite and a private sunny courtyard off the lounge & two off-street car-parks.
You will be a short walk from many fantastic local eateries such as Hawker House, Urban, Arden, Cantina Nicola and many more. Locals favourite such as River Kitchen and Little Dove. Explore the much-loved Nelson Saturday Market and the Queen's Gardens. Check out the Suter Art Gallery, the Cinema and maybe the Riverside Pool. The beautiful Maitai River & associated local walking trails are right outside your door which also connect to cycle & mountain-biking trails.

Just lovely - everything perfect. Surprised at how large it was and how clean (and I'm fussy) It was a beautiful place. Also with the river and the quiet area we so enjoyed our stay.
