Wonderful staff. They stored our luggage whike we were walking the Abel Tasman track. When we returned for another night ot was waiting in our room. They also helped us sort out the taxi to airport.Room was spacious, well appointed with nespresso machine and air conditioning also great location within walking distance of parks, restaurants and Jens Hansen jewellers ( the Ringmaker).

Very well appointed motel room. We were (very) worried about the road noise especially as we had room 201 that faces the very busy road. However the property supplies earplugs and, more effectively, a white noise generator. Couple this with the immaculately clean and well equipped room and the super friendly staff we can’t but recommend the Palazzo.

Very nice place to stay in Nelson. Clean and comfortable, the room had a small kitchenette that we didn't expect but appreciated, and just overall felt upscale. Staff were very friendly. Location was great and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants. Slightly limited parking, but it was off-street and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for two nights, it was very clean and very well appointed, quiet, and convenient walk to supermarkets and downtown restaurants. Upon checking we were given a lot of recommendations for things to do and see in the surrounding areas and places to eat. Would highly recommend!

The staff at the front desk was great! Very helpful and provided great recommendations. Loved that it was in walking distance to many of the sights and restaurants/ bars in Nelson. Bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!
