Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat.

This is a beautiful property. The hosts could not have been more helpful. There were many nice touches like biscuits to have with coffee and beautiful towels and linen. What a great place to stay.

Good hospitality thanks! Just one thing not comfortable about was cleanliness. Hairs were on the Cushions, some odd smells around bed area. Otherwise it’s a nice accommodation. Breakfast were also delicious.

We were very pleased with our accommodations and the convenient location. We were greeted by Nick upon our arrival. He was a bundle of information about the area and things to do. The breakfast were the best and brought to our flat fresh and warm. Nick and Ann are gracious hosts and obviously enjoy sharing their lovely home and gardens with their guests.

Hosts Ann and Nick were wonderful. So nice to have breakfast delivered to the room each morning. We had plenty of room in the "Africa" room to spread out and enjoy. Access to laundry and a drying line were much needed after 2 weeks of travel!

Lovely B&B to stay in Nelson

This is a lovely B&B in Nelson, within easy walking distance of the town for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. The room was excellent, it was like a home from home, very comfortable. If we ever to get to Nelson again, we would definitely stay at this B&B.

Out O Africa

This B&B is in an established neighborhood and is close to town for shopping and dining. The owners gave us several suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Hot breakfast on request if not leaving too early. Otherwise, cereal, toast, jam, juice and fruit are delivered the night before. We stayed in the "out of Africa" room above the garage with an African decor. Washer is available for use and hang laundry out to dry. Would definitely stay here again.
