You’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a single sofa bed. The studio features a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. On-site parking is provided. Pets are not allowed. Two goats, Sancho and Saucisse, live in a nearby enclosure.
The studio is part of a villa set in a 5-hectare park and forest among the vineyards. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access—no other guests in the villa. The location is ideal: 7 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 15 minutes from Libourne train station. There’s also a laundry room and a wine cellar accessible to you.
