It was okay. We had a problem initially with the booking which took a long time to fix but after that, it was fine, although our room was never cleaned at all after several requests so there was a buildup of dust and cleaning was surface cleaning. Took our bag down from a shelf and a lot of dust came with it on our clothes. I can see the potential but staff need more training - cleaners and reception.

We had a problem when we first checked in but it was sorted out with the young Fijian girl at reception. The room was great but the room was never cleaned once. We asked for the room to be cleaned twice while the cleaner was in the hall close to our room but no one cleaned our room which was a little annoying as we are a family of 5. The room was okay but not very clean for a new hotel. Very dusty and surface cleaning so I had to clean surfaces with wipes. The microwave was so dirty with pieces of food still inside so it was not cleaned prior to our stay. We had an aircon issue with three leaks by my son's bed so he used cups for the drips. Notified the staff that night and was told the maintenance man would be in to fix it in the morning. A day went by and no one came and the explanation was that he was coming from Nadi. No one came so we were moved to a new room on our last day after asking various times, Staff were nice enough but need to be trained properly. The manager needs to be more hands on and teach the staff under her instead of blaming them when things go wrong. Management need to not tell staff off in front of guests as this is very unprofessional and not needed - pull them aside in a room if you have to. Experience could be better but it was okay. Very handy place though as it is in a mall so food court close by and shops etc.

We were able to early check in but there was no towels, no toilet paper, fridge and iron in the room. Had to request multiple times then finally it was provided. Poor service. Location is excellent.

Nice big rooms and staff try to help you as much as possible. Make sure to inspect the rooms at check-in to find any issues, like dirty sheets or leaking AC, especially when they are busy.

Rooms... water was overflow from the bathroom.. Booked for 2 nights... Moved from one room to another (4 times)...shocking and disasters../ We went as a family.. I got 2grandsons ( 11/ 4yrs ) old.. We were there for our family gather together... LATE ON EVERTHING DUE TO WHAT WE WENT THRU.... Never enjoy our 3 days there...ends up booking another hotel in Suva.... Complain to the manager ( language barrier)... Ends up only refund $80. Fjdollar... Very angry and upsets 😡 Felt so sorry on the Staff..

I PREPAID THIS STAY, IN FULL. When i checked in I asked to confirm this fact. I was told that there had been no payment and I would need to pay in full. For the next hour plus we d to work out the problem. I had to search my extensive email cache. I showed the desk clerk both the receipt that clearly showed my payment and another document from my account. I emailed them to him. He also photographed my emails. It was finally concluded that I DID NOT owe anything. Now it’s1:30 a.m. and I will not get an effective use of the room. I have an international flight and must be at the airport by 8:00 am. This has been dreadful experience.

Check in was stress-free and easy whereas check out was a tad scrappy as the receptionist could not locate my cash bond and had to call someone to ask. I was glad to have the bond back though. Our room was liveable, neat and tidy in the bedroom area. The air con was lovely and a welcome relief. Wasn’t too impressed with the bathroom as tiles weren’t cleaned very well. Room has tea and coffee making facilities, nice thick bath towels, hairdryer, etc. it’s a great place to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight from Suva to Nadi.
