This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Our room had carpet that was so torn it was a trip hazard and it smelled of bug spray and was filthy. We asked to be moved and our next room was a bit better in that the carpet wasn’t ripped up, but it was stained. The bathroom fan was filthy, the floor had a used toothpick and a dirty washcloth was shoved to the back under the sink. The coffeemaker didn’t work as well.

My stay was very disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which immediately gave a poor first impression. There were no towels provided, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a prepared room. Additionally, the curtains had visible stains, and the bed sheets did not appear clean, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic standards, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.
