Stayed here while doing doing trips to Torres Del Paine. About 4 km from the town. Had a rental car. So was convenient to travel. Beautiful, quiet location. The people running the place were amazing, helping you with every need. The restaurant, though had limited options, was good and very flexible with timings. Felt like leaving home at the end of my stay !!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Water service was interrupted one of the nights which was a great inconvenience after a long day to not be able to shower or even flush the toilet. The hotel is far from downtown and since is technically a different town taxis charge extra to/from this location. The view from the hotel Is beautiful but it isn’t a nice area to walk around.

Quaint hotel with wonderful staff

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Very kind. Very helpful. It’s an older hotel that could use some improvements. The beds were comfortable. We ate breakfast buffet and dinner. Both were good. Beautiful location. View of the Magellan channel. 5 minutes from airport. 20 minutes from town.

Beautiful setting with room having gorgeous view of the lake. Boutique type hotel with testaurant. While a couple of miles from town, location is quiet, setene and peaceful. Do not rxpect luxury but instead homy feeling and superb service. True story: when checking out, one of our suitcases was brought down by staff member. My husband proceeded to load the rest of our suitcases on our private transportation to Punta Arenas. However, at the airport, I noticed that this particular suitcase was missing and had not been put into the van. The trip from Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas was 2 1/2 hours, so there was no way of turning back. We anxiously called the hotel to explain. They were on it and told us that they had sent someone with our suitcase to the bus station thinking that we were taking the bus to the.airport. When I explained that we were already at the airport, they tried to assure me that they would bring the suitcase to us and if we had already left, the same person would deliver it to us at our hotel in Santiago. I was still anxious because they indicated that the gentleman bringing the suitcase would be getting to the airport at exactly the same time as our departure tome. As it turned out the gentleman texted me as I was boarding so I went to the end of the line. He hurried and got through other obstacles to get the me the suitcase. No money was accepted for all their efforts. We can never thank them enough for everything they did reflecting great customer service

This was a great experience, above all the most and more outstanding was the people working in the Hotel. They were excellent, caring and they treat me like a family. I was greatly impressed by the food service as well, great breakfast and when I arrived late from my tours they were always willing to serve me a hot meal even after hours as there are not many options to eat out in that area. They help me in giving me directions how to get around as I never been there before. I travel alone and all the help the gave me it was great to make my trip more enjoyable and less stressful. Thanks for everything !!

We were given an upgraded corner room at check in. We had to leave after a few hours due to Aerolenias Argentinas strike so we did not stay over night. The hotel seemed peacefull and clean and the lady assisting us was fantastic.

Great location to stop before going to the Torres del Paine, also can be used for daily trip (1.5 hrs). Staff was awesome and recommended local trekking to Lake Sophie to warm up.
