Sea biscuit stay

Thank you to Laurie and Andrew for offering your beautiful home to our family for our Nassau visit. The property was absolutely perfect, and we could not be happier. The community offered the safety and security that my wife and I were looking for while traveling with our two young children. The condo was very roomy, felt larger than pictures showed, and was exceptionally clean. It is clear that Laurie and Andrew truly care for their guests, as they were very communicative and willing to do whatever to help make our stay perfect. Will definitely be recommending this property to friends and/or family looking for a beautiful place in the Nassau area.

Great Condo Nice Beach

Overall this is a great place. It's conveniently located 5 minutes from a grocery. It's less than 20 minutes from the Atlantis and other public beaches. The condo itself is laid out nicely and comes with lots of extras plenty of cookware and cooking accessories. The beach is nice, but it's a long walk. You can drive there. There is plenty of parking near the beach. The pool is very close. Overall we would return if ever in Nassau again.

Above and beyond

We couldn’t be happier with our time here. The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean! Our 19-yr old had a unique request for our hosts, and they went above and beyond to make it happen! The hosts and the condo exceeded all of our expectations! There was much to do on premises and only 10-15 minutes away from all the action on the north side of the island. If we end up back in the Bahamas soon, this condo will be right at the top of our list! A

Super comfortable place.

We had a great stay at this Palm Cay condo. It is very spacious. My husband said over and over, “this condo is very well outfitted”. It certainly was! From the kitchen to the bedroom and bathrooms there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked dinner a couple of times and there was everything we needed in terms of cooking and serving ware.It has a lovely, spacious balcony with a bbq. The rooms are all big and comfortably furnished.We ate at the Pink Octopus (the on-site restaurant) and were prepared for a so-so meal. But it was delish! We felt lazy and went back a 2nd time since it was a 5 minute walk and the food and service were great.Excellent Solomons grocery store a 1/2 mile away. And you must stop at Bootleg Chocolates (across from the Solomons) to pick up a gourmet ice cream sandwich and some chocolates.The only negative… We didn’t buy passes to the Beach Club since you have to purchase a minimum of three consecutive days and we had stuff in town we wanted to do. The “minimum” 3 day thing felt silly since the beach club was literally empty. Oh well. The “public” beach access was a little confusing at first and the gal at the welcome office was not particularly helpful. But we figured it out and all was well.Owner was highly responsive! All in all I would highly recommend this place as long as you are okay not being directly on the beach.

Exactly as described.

This was our first time staying at a home. I never thought the description would be so perfect. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Even nicer in person. The hosts answered every question I had almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming this way. Thank you again Laurie and Andrew.

Beautiful!

This is one of the most beautiful condos I've ever stayed in. Everything is completely renovated, and it is huge. It's really nice because there's no one above you, and there's an elevator. It's part of a beach club, so you have the best of both worlds. You have the ability to cook at home but go to the resort's restaurant and use their amenities, which are either free or reasonably priced. The only draw back is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach, but we really liked having the excuse to walk, and you have a great view of the marina on the way. Laurie and Andrew have gone above and beyond in making things easy. They have an extensive guide to get you setup - way more info than you would get at a hotel. They also checked in and made sure we had everything we need. We are very grateful that they shared their beautiful home with us!

Beautiful and well-equipped condo

My family of four stayed in this beautiful condo for a week during our first visit to The Bahamas. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to cook, feel comfortable and at home. There were lovely touches such as fresh basil provided, shampoo and soaps, snorkeling and pickleball gear. We truly felt spoiled staying here. The gated community felt very safe and it was great to have access to both a pool and a beach with great snorkeling opportunities. Laurie and Andrew were perfect hosts and responded very quickly to questions, including providing recommendations for places to eat and things to see! We highly recommend this great condo!

Our hosts Laurie and Andrew were wonderful. They provided immediate/very useful communication before, during and after our stay. The condo is beyond beautiful. With a slick and modern decor, it is equipped with everything you may need. All the rooms in the house are spacious, and provide a relaxing/beachy vive. The area is quiet, private and safe (it’s a gated community) We loved the beach club that you can find at the end of the road. The beach is beyond beautiful. The best Vrbo we ever stayed in.

Fabulous stay

Great location. We stayed here before leaving on a Moorings Charter. The unit was conveniently located near the dock and stores for provisioning. The unit was immaculate with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and night lights. I highly recommend this lovely condo.

What a phenomenal stay we had at this condo property “Sea Biscuit” in Nassau, Bahamas! We stayed 6 days from March 24, 2024 to March 29, 2024. The condo was clean, modern, spacious, nicely decorated and provided such a relaxing vibe. We stayed with two young boys aged 6 and 2 and they loved every minute of their stay. I was grateful for the hosts (Andrew and Laurie) giving consideration to having kid friendly items onsite (inclusive of travel crib, toddler dishes, toiletries, and beach toys). The condo was in a safe gated community with free available parking. We rented a car for access around the island. The supermarket was a 4 minute drive away from the condo which allowed us to stock up on foodstuffs during our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I’m so grateful we found this spectacular gem of a property. It was a definite highlight to our vacation. Whenever we return to Nassau, we will look to staying again at this condo.

This place is wonderful!

We just got back from a week staying at Sea Biscuit, and I wish we could've stayed longer! Laurie and Andrew are wonderful hosts and provide lots of thoughtful communication before and during your stay. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We were traveling with our 11 month old son and Laurie and Andrew were so wonderful and accommodating with providing us with all of the necessities (pack and play, high chair, toys, utensils, etc.) for him in the condo, so we didn't have to rent anything. In addition, the condo is also very well equipped for those traveling without children as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great spot to stay on Nassau! We hope to return in the future!

Notre expérience avec SEA BISCUIT était parfaite du début à la fin! Franchement, Laurie nous a accompagné dès le début de notre aventure en étant 100% disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Sa patience dans nos démarches nous a rassuré. Une fois arrivé, tout était claire pour rentrer dans la maison. La maison est charmante, propre et au goût du jour, et surtout équipé de tous les accessoires qu'on a besoin. ( accessoires de ménage, cuisine, lessive, salle de bain, literie....) La décoration est magnifique. Digne d'un beach house. Faites votre épicerie pour la semaine et vous serez bien. ( 15 minutes à pieds) Belle plage, plusieurs piscines à notre portée et un bon resto. L'essayer c'est l'adopter! On se sent chez nous! Merci pour tout Laurie!!
