Billy’s place was home for almost two months, and it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Billy is incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived all the way through the end of my stay.The level of hospitality was unmatched. The property itself is in a great location, within walking distance of Vanderbilt, and as a runner, I especially appreciated the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods.If I’m ever back in Nashville, I would absolutely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend.

This place did not disappoint! We loved our month-long stay. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed the walkable neighborhood, park, and food all close by. Our host was really thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Plus, the restaurant recommendations were so good!
