The location was good and the condo was SUPER nice. The only nitpicky thing was the shower pressure. Everything in the condo was top notch but the shower head. And when I was given the info to get in the building, very important information was left out. Like the code to get in the building is the same as the room code. Thankfully a worker was there and helped us figure that out. Otherwise, this place was great.

Great location

This spot is a great location to be close to downtown. Love the space and convenience. Disclaimer - the property has a lot of noise from the highway. I saw that in a review prior to booking and it was very accurate. Ear plugs are provided, and they cancel out the noise very well. My only negative is the dishwasher seemed to have a stuck button and meeting every minute all week. It also seemed that the dishwasher not secure. I reached out to customer service immediately upon checking in but never received a follow up. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Great little space for a few nights away

Husband had training in Jackson, TN so we met up in Nashville his midway point to home. Overall very pleased. A little loud from the traffic, the window in bedroom creates a lot of noise, bc it’s hard to get the top latched.

Property is right off the interstate with truckers air breaking 24/7 so noisy! Furniture was so uncomfortable, it was hard to relax and unwind. Close to downtown but the area was in the hood.

Great unit for 2

Great condo facility for easy commute to Downtown Nashville and for groups that can stay in separate units, but your all still in the same building. Unfortunately, Vacasa is not helpful to guests needing oxygen concentrators. I needed one delivered and they were not at all helpful. On the day of my travel I received a nicer response, but still not helpful to me at all. In addition, plenty of coffee creamer and a coffee maker with Keurig, but no coffee or sugar.

Perfect!

We loved the condo! Comfy bed and everything you needed. It’s also close to all the attractions. Rooftop was beautiful but it closes early so if you plan on going for New Year’s Eve to have a perfect view of the fireworks,the staff won’t ket you go there and that’s the reason we booked it. Still had a great time!

A very new, clean condo with retro decor. Lots of communication leading up to.the stay, but no information in the condo itself (ie: how to access the rooftop). Street parking was always available (and free). No need to pay for condo parking (though it would be good if a spot was included). There was noise from the newrby highway, which didnt bother me, but ear plugs were available if needed. I would definitely stay again. Just a twenty minute walk to downtown!

A very convenient place to stay in Nashville.

The condo was very new and well supplied. Getting in was a nightmare every time we returned. The electronic lock system was very temperamental. If you were not able to enter the numbers quickly enough it would not open the door. Everything else was good. It was located close enough to town to walk to most places of interest. I did discover mold in the toilet. It needs to be cleaned with bleach. The kitchen was very easy to use. Except for road noise, the condo was very quiet.

Highly Recommend

This was a great location for us. Not too close to downtown but just close enough to easily visit. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for an upscale, clean and affordable place to stay. I just have a few things to highlight based off of our experience. Even though there was on street parking available, my husband was not comfortable with the location so we opted to use the garage. We didn't have any issues whatsoever with finding a spot. The only thing that should be noted is, if you want to receive the 50% discount, you'll need to remember to scan the discount QR code (located on the refrigerator in the room) every time you re-enter the garage. I didn't realize this until we were there for a few days and it could've saved us a bunch on parking fees. The other note is noise. This location is right next to the highway so you do get a lot of traffic noise including frequent sirens.

Urban Apt

The apt was great! We had an issue with the bed but it was resolved within 24 hours. The property managers were very responsive and worked quickly to solve the problem. I would definitely make sure the property is managed through Vacasa.
