Very clean upon arrival -There is a moisture issue and humidity was high during stay. Fan in master bedroom is loud Communication was very good with all Quiet neighborhood -felt safe -liked parking in gated garage

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood and building were quiet except for loud construction and yard work noise outside in the morning. The place was very clean, spacious, and nice. There were signs of remodeling going on in adjacent apartment, but that did not bother us. The beds were comfortable and firm.

Nice property

This property is in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away. Has a secure gated garage on the property. The building has been nicely renovated, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The furniture was very uncomfortable, and there was a bit of mold in master bath and closet, also was very humid in the room. Thermostat warned hvac needed maintenance. Other than that the place was very clean and nice place to stay. Very roomy!

Great place for the price

Great location and great communication with rental property company. Clean and spacious. Had Kuerig and coffee pods. However, one major thing - the heating and cooling system is crazy LOUD! Like something is clearly wrong loud. That should be fixed asap. Also there was mold on the ceiling near the vent. But overall a great place for the price. I'd stay again if the air system was fixed to be quieter.

Nice Property, but AVOID VACASA

Pros: Very clean Spacious Washer and dryer Nice view Amenities provided: toiletries, kitchen tools, cookware Cons: floor was sticky all over like unrinsed perhaps No tissues/Kleenex, no salt? A bit difficult to get into the loft itself. Needed more detailed directions from parking garage entry to front door. In the bathroom on the left when you enter - the bathroom door won't close if the door mat is down. Also, that toilet runs if the handle isn't wiggled.

Perfect weekend getaway

The condo was more spacious than I thought it would be & had everything you need. The building/parking is very secure. It’s only 2.9 miles to the honky Tonks…we did walk a couple times because we like to walk but it’s also a cheap Uber ride. There is also scooters you can rent along the way. Close to restaurants & Vanderbuilt Univ. Loved the place.
