Great location and was exactly as described. It was well stocked and very clean. We just happened to meet the property manager as we arrived. She was helpful and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. The sound machine in the master was also great, no street noise and we slept great.

Besides being super clean and spacious, it was conveniently located. We stayed for a work conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The morning drive was easy because we were going against rush hour traffic. The owners do an excellent job of communicating. It was a great stay.

Kitchen was great for our stay. Beds were comfy and everything we needed! Grocery store was a short uber away. Nice to get back to a relaxing place. We didn’t see too much around the neighborhood but a nice coffee shop across the street. 15-20 uber to several attractions. Host was very responsive which we always appreciate!

This was the perfect place for my family’s vacation to Nashville. It is conveniently located, and the setup has travelers in mind with plenty of beds (they’re large, too), a larger bathroom for the room with two beds, comfy mattresses, plenty of pillows, and an abundance of plugs around the bedside tables to plug in electronics overnight. We had everything we needed. I was a little concerned about some reviews saying it was too bright in the bedrooms, but we did not find it to be an issue. We were able to sleep just fine. I appreciated that there was a large tv in the living room but none in the bedrooms. We were able to watch tv as a family and then weren’t distracted by tv in the bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet oasis, close to the fun!

Beautiful, clean, and quiet place. A short uber ride from Broadway (about 15 minutes). We placed an Instacart order to arrive around the time we checked in. Worked beautifully! Cute coffee place across the street. The bagels are fantastic!

Conference / vacation

The location was great! Lots of cafes within walking distance or a short drive. Great neighborhood.The only negative was hearing the noise of the children running in the unit next to us and the lights shining through the windows. Blackout curtains would be great! Besides this the unit was amazing, free parking on premises and safe location.

Delightful long weekend in Nashville at this property

My sister, son, and I spent a long weekend in Nashville at this property. It is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. We appreciated the coffee shop and small store across the street and parking (albiet tight) lot in back. We would stay here again.

Perfect Space for up to 6 people

Space was VERY clean, newly renovated and comfortable. There were two large bedrooms, with excellent mattresses and clean linens. Living space was roomy and comfortable, with a nice kitchen, new appliances. Would definitely stay again.

Cute Condo

Condo was cute and clean and in a good location. Plenty of parking in the lot. Only negatives - the bedroom overlooking the parking lot could use some room darkening shades as it is very bright at night and the adjoining bathroom could use more light as it is very dark. We like to play games in the evenings so another chair in the living room would have been nice. All in all a pleasant stay. We had fun in Nashville!

Felt Like Home

My kids flew in from NJ to spend Thanksgiving with me and my partner who live 40 minutes from Nashville. This was and felt like home away from home for all of us. I love East Nashville and loved exploring the neighborhood that it is so close to wherever else we wanted to go! Everything in the home was thoughtfully organized/placed and comfortable! Communication with the hostess and the check-in and out process could not have been easier. Thank you for a special place to make this past holoday memorable!

This condo was exactly as represented – clean, comfortable, and a great location. We were able to Uber wherever we wanted to in Nashville And leave our car sit in the safe off street parking. Highly recommend

We visited Nashville for the first time with another couple and we stayed here for two nights. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, so it worked very well for our group. Very clean and modern. It seemed like a safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking. We used Uber and they easily picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the building. I would recommend this place.
