Perfect for what we needed!

We were mostly out exploring, but the AC was so perfect when we were there (it was 95 degrees out!) and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay there again, 100%, and I’d tell anyone else to as well.

Very enjoyable

We were just in Nashville for a couple of days. This place provided everything we needed. Cute little quaint cottage that was clean and located in a beautiful safe area of Germantown. 25 minute walk to strip, perfect distance to get out of the craziness. The only thing I would request is a full length mirror.Other than that, Beds were very comfortable, place was great, I would stay again.

Great little house in a great neighborhood!

This is a comfortable cottage in a great and safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the back deck for sitting in the morning! Loved that we could walk to many great restaurants and bars! A nice oasis in a busy city!

Great location, parking & comfy rest

Easy checkin & host response. Central & window air kept it plenty cool & the beds were very comfortable, which is very important when away from home for more than a few days! Great location within walking distance to many Germantown locales. Parking was never an issue & felt safe. Only 2 mirrors, small one in front bedroom above the desk & the bath, but minor issue. Cleanliness could improve overall, esp. in the bathroom. Would definitely return for a sleep here!

Perfect weekend house

This house was PERFECT for our weekend stay in Nashville, visiting our Belmont student. The location is smack in the middle of Germantown so we could walk to so many great places for dinner, coffee, drinks, etc. The house is very old - but incredibly charming and well-kept. Very comfortable beds and nice big towels. Bathroom very tiny, but fine for a few people. Big windows, nice and bright. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Cottage

The cottage was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our relaxing time there. We spent most of our time on Broadway which was only a 9-minute uber ride. I would HIGHLY recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants and just a few mins from downtown. Could hear some traffic noise and people walking but nothing bad at all.

Comfortable home, great location

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. The age of the house added to the character and 'quaintness' of the place. The house had everything that we needed for our extended stay; the kitchen was well equipped and instructions for the use of the place well explained. The only downside of the home was that both the kitchen and bathroom floors do need upgrading. We'd be more than happy to re-book this home.

Perfect Spot and Great Host

My daughter and I went to Nashville for a girls’ weekend and I had read how Germantown was a great place, very close, but not in the thick of it and that really appealed to me. We loved this area and the house was perfect for us. It’s not a huge space but had everything we needed and I feel like would probably be comfortable for four people. Rowan was very quick to answer any questions and we had a small issue with the entry lock in the back and the the maintenance gentleman, Sam, was there within an hour very polite and got the work done. We would definitely stay here again.
