even though it is listed as an airport hotel, there was little to no noise that was terrible, would come back for sure

The fire alarm kept going off every 20 minutes and finally stopped at 11:00 pm. They said they were working on the alarms for the fifth floor but we were on the first floor. Several people came fown and complained about it. You could head people up and down the hall all night walking and talking.

It was a decent place to stay for cheap, but there were weird smells in the lobby and halls, the shower drain was very slow like there’s a clog, and it only felt clean-ish. But it served its purpose, the beds were comfortable, and the fridge worked, which I feel is often hit or miss with hotel mini fridges.

It was comfortable enough and reasonably priced. The air conditioner unit was loud and woke us up a few times in the night. The staff were all super and helpful.

Check in was easy, room was clean. A little ran down with just little things. Bed and pillow were great. Room had a weird smell to it. Like it was closed off for to long. Couldn’t adjust the temperature of the air. So it was a warm. I think that’s partially where the smell came from.

Beautiful room and wonderful amenities.

It was amazing. The room was clean and appealing to the eyes. The bed was comfortable the room had a big screen tv. I love the inside rooms vs outside balcony rooms. The bathroom floor was very slick and slippery- perhaps moisture from AC unit. You have to be careful. Breakfast was really good. Nice variety. Love the ice cold water in the lobby and the location of ice maker and vending machine inside. We really enjoyed our stay.

I like staying at this place. The only problem I don't like is the first floors all have a problem with a musky mold smell that is bad. There isn't enough air currculating in the rooms that the towels don't dry overnight when you hang them up.

The toilet kept not flushing. We had to play plumber one night because it happened after maintenence left. The place was clean for a large part the hallway smelled like sweaty feet and socks.

Hot water & clean bed but not the carpet could use a good steam clean. Also was a funky smell in the room, the lobby & halls smelt fine but the room had a weird “wet” smell. The shower drain didn’t drain that well but the AC worked great.

We enjoyed our stay at The Alexis Inn and Suites. The hotel was clean and our room was great. Just what we needed. It is a perfect fit for a family trip to Nashville. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away (Downtown and Opry Mills). We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
