Rude housekeeping staff. They walk into your room without even knocking on day of check out WAY before your checkout time. I requested a late check out because of flight and was told at the front desk I could have it, but on day of check out housekeeping barged in my room and said "get out" its time for you to check out.

When I first checked in , the room they gave me had stink bugs in the room and the shower. The second room they gave me the shower was not clean at all , the shower still had hair assuming from the previous customer.

Checkin/ Checkout were easy and efficient. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was a good size and quite comfortable. Nice shower and kitchen areas! Fitness room was handy and well-kept. I would’ve loved to log in to my streaming services on the tv but the internet speed is insanely slow, it’s impossible. Tv channels weren’t bad, but didn’t like this limitation.

Upon opening the door to my room, I was hit with the smell of mold. I never stepped foot into the room. Went back to the front desk, receptionist said there was no other rooms available to move me. She put in a request for a refund, canceled my deposit. Still awaiting refund. The only positive thing about my experience was the front desk lady. I didn’t get her name but she worked 3rd shift, black girl maybe mid 30s, she’s the only positive thing about this hotel.
