Ordered to sit in chair when trying to check in without so much as a Hi or We will be with you shortly. Hallways smell like wet corn chips. Refrigerator does not work. Bathroom fan does not work. Taking a shower sets off fire alarm. Slow draining shower. Loud rattles from air conditioning unit. Beds are worn out and springs loud and crunchy. Asked to change rooms but none were conveniently available. I have stayed here a lot over past 12 years. Last time. Avoid at all costs.

I had a double lung transplant on March 22 2024 at Vanderbilt I have to travel once a month for labs, chest x-ray office visit and spirometry test. We live in Knoxville and need to be there the day before to make my appointments. I have stayed at Alexis Hotel since my first visit and have always been satisfied. It’s convenient, clean, quiet and large rooms. Love the price what else would you want. Very satisfied!

It was a great place to stay bc it was the halfway point between downtown and Opry Mills area where the outlet stores and Grand Ole Opry are located. The breakfast was awesome bc they had biscuit & gravy, scrambled eggs, pork & turkey link sausages, cereal, yogurt, bagel, toast, doughnuts, pastries, and fruit!!!! More than what you get at the others! The rooms were well furnished. The beds were so comfortable! If I had to make a little negative statement, the AC was louder than most places when it’s on, but I quickly drowned it out but my traveling companions were light sleepers so they didn’t like the noise.

An hourly hotel looks more decent. The hall smelled like pesticide. Also, the room smelled humid and idk a weird smell. Won't stay here again.

The rooms were clean, the hotel looks nice, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very decent for the price. However, the entire hotel and hotel room has a very weird stench of mildew or mold, that would not go away. It made the air feel thick, and the smell stayed in our clothes when we left.

Great hot breakfast! Didn’t taste very hotel-ish. Enjoyed it . Beds are quite hard and doors are thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the halls. Staff were all so nice.
