Loved our stay/ house was beautifully decorated , very clean and beds were quite comfortable. The host company were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The hot tub was clean and ready for use when we arrived and good night stay offered a service that allowed us to stock the fridge with our essentials and beverages. Everything was extremely smooth and good communication was great!

This is a great property. Very close to the Gulch and 12 South. Ubers were very easy to use for trips to Broadway. The property was perfect for our party with 3 couples. Lots of room and pretty kitchen and living area. Would recommend!

Rental was very clean. Loved that it had a garage and the location was excellent! Only challenge was hot tub didn't get very hot, but we only tried using it one night so it was fine. I'd recommend this property for couples or families needing multiple rooms. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom.

Very clean place, great accommodations. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of amenities provided and very spacious for 7 adults. The only drawback was the directions to the place (via GPS) took us around the block a few times till we finally figured there is a small road at the end of the dead end street that leads us to the property! We had a great time and would definitely select it again if we come back to Nashville. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home with 3 other couples. There was more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable, as well as all of the amenities we needed. Every single one of us commented about how comfortable the beds were. Easy Uber/Ride access, and an easy walk into The Gulch. I would definitely stay here again!

Gulch House

The property was great for our stay in Nashville! Exactly as pictured online, it was easy to get an Uber to anywhere in the city and we were able to walk to the gulch for restaurants and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with.

Quick Stop in Nashville

The townhouse was clean, spacious, well- located, and the service was prompt. It resembled my own home lland extremely comfortable. I just wish i could've found ESPN more easily late at night. That's the only recommendation, a channel guide! A real problem I know. LOL.

Denver meets Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at your property in Nashville. Very walkable to the Gulch area and a short Uber ride to downtown and other areas. A few property upgrade suggestions. We had 4 couples so the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for us but the unit needs more dishware and definitely more glassware. Our mattresses was very soft so medium would probably be best for a rental. Lastly, some of the units could have used larger dressers and definitely more hangers in all bedrooms for longer staying guests. Thank you.
