Stayed Thanksgiving weekend. Property was extremely convenient to Vanderbilt and easy to access everything Loved the unexpected touches like charging ports next to beds and sound machines and soaps and kitchen accessories Condo is cuter than the pics! Pet friendly! We will be back!

Family of Four

We had a good stay at Sunset Place 101 when our family of four came to Nashville to visit family and colleges. The place was clean. It is very walkable for us to Belmont and Vanderbilt. There is also a Kroger we walked to just a block away for groceries. The pullout sofa had a more comfortable mattress than I have seen. The white noise machines were a nice touch as well, it is a city. Easy code in and check out.

Don’t Hesitate - Well Located, Clean, Comfortable and Updated

I travel frequently for work and have Marriott Ambassador status. This unit checks all the boxes for a clean, convenient and comfortable stay with greater value than staying at a hotel - especially if visiting the area as a parent assisting a Vandy student. I would stay here again. It is on par with a newly renovated Residence Inn or Courtyard, but with the benefit of being in a true apartment. We stayed at this condo for three nights and used it as a home base to help our daughter (incoming Vandy business school grad student) search for an apartment. My husband and I stayed in the king size bedroom and our daughter stayed in the queen bed. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. The unit was perfectly located, very clean on arrival, has updated finishes - it was clearly remodeled recently. Good pressure in shower, well stocked kitchen - new dishes, glasses, knives. Small but functional living area and desk is a nice touch as we had a few work tasks to tend to. Strong WiFi and safe mostly residential area. The unit is close by to a busy street, but the owner has installed blackout curtains to eliminate street lamp from interrupting sleep. There are no closets in the bedroom (the unit is on the small side) but for a short stay it is fine and the owner installed an open “closet” area with hanging bar and hangers. No drawers though, except in nightstand. Again - fine for a shorter stay. I really enjoyed this stay and was hesitant at first. I am glad I booked.

Just perfect

This quaint condo was more comfortable than any hotel ive ever stayed at.And convenient to every thing we were in town for, Baseball againt Belmont University. All the amenities one would need for astay.Highly recommended

Perfect location if you are moving in a college freshman

Coming from far away with an incoming student to Belmont or Vanderbilt? This might be a perfect place for you, plenty of room to stack the 13 or more bags that you need to drag over to the dorm. Close to both campuses and walking distance to a hardware store and grocery for another extension cord or whatever you might need.
