The house was amazing! It had lots of amenities and was very clean. The location is great! It’s not exactly walkable to downtown but it only a 5 min drive. Plus there’s free parking at the house and plenty of it! That is a true gem in Nashville. The house has a back deck and balcony. The bathrooms were nice. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. Thee beds were pretty comfortable for bunks. I think having all those bunks was a great idea. We only stayed one night and didn’t really use the kitchen, but I will say the icemaker does work. If you’ve stayed in a few rentals, you know that is a really unique and amazing feature! The host was super kind and was quick to communicate by message. I highly recommend this place and I hope to stay there again.

This location was everything we were looking for to host our fun weekend in Nashville. The location is great with lots of options for food and entertainment. The bedrooms were great and everyone had a bed to themselves. Definitely would stay here again. The host reached out multiple times to ensure our visit was going well and we had everything we needed.

Great property for visiting Broadway or Opry, average 10 Uber fare to Broadway. Modern amenities throughout and communication with Host was easy and quick. We would highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at this property. But it isn’t walking distance to Broadway or any other listed areas which was a HUGE bummer. The property had minimal things. For example, paper towels, cups, towels, and washcloths. We weren’t expecting to have to find a store to purchase those extra items after arriving from the airport. The home seems to be in a up and coming neighborhood, but has some sketchy areas still. Other than those things we had a great stay at this property. Property manager was super easy to get ahold of and very responsive.

This was a beautiful house to stay in! There is some wear and tear from previous groups or over time, but this did not affect our stay at all. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The owner was very communicative and available for any needs. The house is a pretty far walk from downtown areas, but not a far Uber ride. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Perfect Nashville Getaway - Great for Families or a Girls/Guys Trip!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this beautiful Nashville home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax and feel comfortable. The beds were super cozy, and there were plenty of them - this property would be perfect for a girls/guys trip too! The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to Broadway but still tucked away in a quiet, safe area. The host was so sweet and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Charming visit to Nashville

We love Downtown Nashville and all the livelihood of Broadway but at night and in the mornings we like quiet peace. This house was the perfect location for both. It was very comfortable especially the beds. I often look for off street parking at a rental but the street parking here was easy. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

We went up for new years as it is in walking distance to the New Years Eve Note drop. Property was beautiful and everyone really enjoyed the trip. Owner was very responsive to all our question. Beautiful home!

Great Germantown Spot

The house and yard were perfect. Everything was very clean! House condition was great. Yard was just the right size for our small dogs. Location was close to everything including Broadway and Music Row. Would recommend for others.

Disappointing stay

Cut our trip short when the a/c failed to keep up with the heat. Didn't give the manager a chance to fix it, but really had no desire to deal with the hassle. Chose not to bring our dog last minute, but owner refused to refund the pet fee. Overall a disappointing stay.
