Friendly staff Nicky was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Hotel is within walking distance (share parking lot) with bars and a few restaurants a quick walk away. Makes nightlife very convenient. With that being said it gets loud at night you can hear the music (not super loud but definitely the drums etc). Unfortunately about 3 am we had some young adults in the parking lot screaming at each for about 30 minutes so downside of being right across from the bar BUT definitely not the hotels fault.

The staff are very friendly The rooms are clean and they offer a hot breakfast You are also located across from the outlet mall for Grand Old Opry and Gaylord hotel and a couple of big honky tonks in the same parking lot as this hotel which is convenient when you don't feel like going down to Broadway but when you do want to go to Broadway it's a very short Uber drive

The front desk was easy to work with. The hotel is clean. It could use a few upgrades or some remodeling. The only minus is that the pool is across the parking lot next to a bar.
