Property is great. But the front desk Mrs Deanna was fabulous. Very detailed and extremely sweet. Customer service goes a very long way.

The first room was not cleaned as in there was trash in the cans, food on the table, open alcohol bottles, and a pair of slipper in the room. Second room was good.

We had a good check in experience. Overall, our stay was ok. However, being on the ground floor, the cleaners started pushing their carts past our room at 8 am. There was no sleeping afterwards. I would have thought cleaning would start around 9am. Breakfast was ok, not great.

Room was in poor condition and need a deep cleaning. Insects, dirt and other things in the corners and under the AC unit. Fixtures were dented and rusty. Staff was gracious and very helpful.

this is our 4th times staying here, it is covenanted to what we go for, plenty of different food sources, always nice and clean friendly. we enjoy our stay there every time.... breakfast is good could start earlier, (before 7 am) we get up early, like 5am... lol

Horrible hotel hell

This room doesn't deserve a star of any kind . The place was filthy. The first room i was in had mold on the shower wall and the shower curtains were filthy. The second room had holes in the sheets and spread. And the mattress was hideous.
