Wouldn’t recommend until they update the front keypad and communication system. The lock and entry system to get into the building is very finicky. You’re stuck with no help from a human if it’s outside of working hours for a member team to pick up a call (which they don’t share availability). I went out to grab breakfast around 6am before my conference and the front code wasn’t working to get back inside. I called and received a text from AI or an outsourced system that was telling me to go to a back door/alley and the basement … all which didn’t exist. For 40 minutes it was telling me they were on the phone with the team (which wasn’t the case) and to send videos of me trying, but it couldn’t process the videos I was sending. “Maintence” finally came out and it was someone who was staying there?
