This was a great property. Lots of space, the only thing that’s not really listed is about how many stairs there are to get to the place so if you’re trying to carry a luggage of them, be ready to get a workout.

Family road trip

This was just a quick stop on our family road trip but it was very quality and cozy. I also have to say this is one of the best showers I've ever had! Excellent water pressure! We had a nice time walking down music row & loved the bunk beds! Slept and showered well! Thank you!

Love

This place is located so conveniently! We did end up ubering to broadway and other local tours but the walk to music row was convenient. Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and beds- great for a group or family! We ended up getting in earlier than expected and the host was quick and efficient in responding and getting us into the place! We’re already talking about a round 2 trip and staying here again!

Awesome experience

Totally satisfied with our stay. The location near downtown and a half block from Bobby's Idle Hour Tavern was perfect for us. The unit was outfitted with everything you need. Communication with the owner was easy. Will definately stay at this property here again in the future.

Birthday Celebration

The property was very nice and had all items listed. The second door lock was challenging at times to open. And we were never able to tag into the internet set up for the property. The router may need to be replaced.....the color on the router never went to green remained at a yellow/red color, even after unplugging and replugging in. Unfortunately the neighbor next store in rental property as well as guest on first floor of property we were located in, were both very disruptive and loud at 3 am in the morning on fri, sat, and sun. ( this was at no fault of the property owned.

Great stay!

We were just traveling through & wanted a place to stay together (family group of 11). It was clean, beds were comfortable & there was great communication from the person managing the property. Close to music row & a short drive or possible walk to Broadway. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely come back!

Great Layout, Lots of Beds

We liked this location! 5-10 minute drive to the action but nice quiet neighborhood. We also liked the layout with bedrooms on one side of the apartment and 3 bathrooms on the opposite side, with the kitchen and living room between. Folks can get up and get ready in a bathroom without waking those who want to sleep in. The private parking on site is really great too. The only change I might make is the semi-see thru doors on bathrooms and bedrooms but strategically placed towels are a great solution so not a huge deal.

Great for large group

On a work trip with a crew of 12. We made a quick stop to Nashville and this place was perfect ! Great communication and great location. Even had room for parking an RV and truck and trailer !

Perfect Spot to Experience Nashvegas

The flat was easy to get to and the parking area was big enough for our full size truck to maneuver. The apartment was clean, modern, and inviting. There was comfortable space for everyone and our stuff, to include baby gear like a pac and play and stroller. We all had a great time and 10/10 would recommend for any size party (tbqh all i could think about was coming back for a girls weekend).

Perfect for a Nashville vacation

We had two families in the house with plenty of room and beds for all. Three bathrooms made it easy to survive with four teenage girls. The house was only a few minutes walk from a trolley stop so we never had to deal with Nashville traffic. It was perfect for a little getaway!

Great Stay

This house was fantastic. Well taken care of. Within walking distance to all the act. We had a friend's weekend and found this place perfect for our needs. Amy was great and easy to communicate with for any questions that we had. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Close to broadway

House was clean and the beds were comfy. It was close to broadway only about $8 Uber ride. I didn’t like all the glass doors especially in the bathrooms, there’s zero privacy. Also I was jolted awake at 6am with hammering by whoever lives below. The construction all around us started at 7am and was EXTREMELY loud. It was fine for one night passing through but I wouldn’t be able to do that for a whole trip.
