Great Family Trip

House was great. It was clean and the aesthetics were great. If you have a family with you, you might be uneasy with one of the bedrooms being downstairs, but it was fine for us. Downstairs bedroom could use a fan though. Both showers are upstairs. Kitchen had basic supplies needed, but cookware is not in great condition. Neighborhood is being gentrified so the street the house is located is fine, but behind the house is a little rough. Would suggest street parking as there is no code for the back door and that back side is a little rougher. We didn’t have trouble finding street parking. Would stay there again.

Spacious and relaxing

For a townhome, it was surprisingly spacious and more like a house. Location was great, about 10 min from anything. We would stay here again. Many other townhomes nearby with Nashville revealers but always quiet inside. Great spot for a family or group of friends.

Weekend get away

Great space for 3 adult couples, everything was clean and well-appointed. Although the area is transitioning with lots of construction, it was close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Nashville Townhouse

We came into town for a girl's weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. Short Uber rides to Broadway, and plenty of close restaurants as well. Great recommendations from the host and she was easy to communicate with. Beds were all very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when we come back.

Weekend in Nashville

Such a great house for the weekend in Nashville! Our group found the house super comfortable and spacious. It was a little outside of the main city centre , but getting an Uber was super easy. The house is also very decorated very cute, cleanliness was incredible too!

Nice Place!

The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was as expected from the photos. It was close to broadway and other attractions. We would recommend having a few more pots and pans to cook with and extra towels.

Great place

This property was just as pictured. Very nice, cozy and clean. The location was great. Short distances to Downtown & Midtown. Great restaurants just a few blocks away. We will definitely be back.

Nashville stay was ok

The photos are exactly as promised but the area neighborhood is a little sketchy. The house was relatively clean but there was a used bar of soap and an unwashed bathroom cup leftover from the previous client in the bathroom and there was a couple of dead bugs in the master bath. The beds were ridiculously soft (not in a good way), and the mattresses kept sliding off the bed frame (box springs were not part of the bed ensemble) The pillows were very small and flat. It was a cute unit but it had just been freshly painted and the smell was overwhelming.

Short getaway

Overall I loved my stay at this property. It is very close to downtown, museums, shopping, restaurants etc. In the listing I was told there would be two king size beds and all bedrooms had queens so that was the main downfall. I took off a point for cleanliness because there was trash left on back deck from previous tenants and open and used bar of soap in one of the bathrooms. There was excellent storage in the closets for a rental and the kitchen was spacious and updated. Other than the two points I mentioned this property was a fantastic place to stay and just like the pictures for a reasonable price for the area! I would definitely recommend this property to others and will consider staying here again on my next trip!

Beautiful townhouse

This townhouse is very nice and clean. The value in renting this home is the property manager who was very responsive and easy to work with over the course of our stay.
