Neighbors are so loud

Property is clean and well maintained. We were very happy until about 7pm hit. Then we were subjected to what sounded like a herd of cattle with bowling balls strapped to their feet jumping up and down until 3am. My kids couldn't sleep. I called vacasa in the am and told them they said they would handle it. Well Friday night came and it started again. I called vacasa and they said they couldn't do anything and to call the authorities. No way was I doing that. So again it sounded like the floor above us was going to cave in until 3am. You can hear everything in this building especially what's above you.

Perfect

The place was just as advertised. Loved that they had soap, shampoo and conditioner for all of us. It's a great location, easy Uber or nice walk on the river to Broadway. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful large apartment!

Wonderful stay! Apartment was enormous with a beautiful river view. Pictures are very much accurate but the apartment is much bigger in person which was a plesant surprise! Plenty of room for a group of 6. Much appreciate everything is scented free. Close enough to walk to downtown and Broadway. Description could be updated (e.g sound dock) and more towels could be offered - We were limited to only 1 towel per guest (not enough for 6 women) and there was no laundry soap available. A kettle would also be a great addition for tea drinkers.

Great Stay

This place was was clean & had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Loved how it was decorated & it was very clean. Nice balconies to enjoy. The downside was getting in when we got there. We couldn't figure it out & made a few phone calls before we could get in.

Nashville Getaway

The property is great, good location, nice decorated and clean. We could have used some more towels, especially extra hand towels, there was not one for the 1/2 bath. I would also encourage you to add that there is road noise and a train that does run daily 24 hours a day so renters are aware and could bring ear plugs especially for the front bedroom. Also the changing of the building entry door code and the condo code daily is cumbersome. It might be helpful for renters to receive a text when it is changed so it is quick to access.We had a great stay and none of these items would deter me from staying again just some information and feedback that would have been helpful.

Unsafe! Beware of being locked out.

It was myself and 4 other moms looking for a kid free weekend to celebrate a couple of birthdays and were utterly shocked at the lack of response from the owners about our issues. We were there for 3 nights and were locked out every single night for hours because apparently they change the codes at 10 but we never got the codes!

Great time

Very clean and spacious place to stay. Close enough to the main area that we went to each day. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to accommodate a group of friends but don’t want to stay on Broadway

Fun time in Nashville

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment had all the promised amenities and matched the pictures. Whilst once checked in all went well. The actual checkin was a disappointment. Though we were not guarantied early checkin, we were led to believe it could be a possibility. So day of we contacted the Managment company requesting it but were immediately denied with this is not offered at this location. Which leads me to the time, though not a hotel I would still expect it to match times, this is not the case we were not able to checkin until 4PM. Once we received the codes the actual login device was not clearly marked with instruction or easily visible. As for checking out given the 4pm checkin one would expect at least a 11:00am Check out, not the case it is 10am, so at exactly 10am we have a knock on the door by house keeping requesting we need to leave.

Beautiful, comfortable space

My friends and I stayed here comfortably, a total of 5 of us, for the weekend. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, and good location. Would stay again.

Pleasantly Surprised

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We found the unit to be clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to have the balcony and views of the river. I thought the whole process was easy. We were supplied with a code via text message to access the secure parking area under the unit and a code for unit access, both worked with no issues. There is a train line not too far away, but the noise was only a low rumble and was hardly noticeable. We drove downtown and parked but you could certainly walk to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

Girls weekend

Walked to Germantown for a great dinner at Sedona. Ubers from Broadway on a Friday night were expensive due to all the traffic, but that was not a problem. Had a safe walk back instead.

Great space, plenty of room for all

The location is nice as it is only a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. I liked that the police station is also nearby--especially when walking through the park at night. I love the lighting of the bathroom mirrors! Appliances are nice. Everything was very clean. Be sure to have something to block out the nighttime trains if you are sleeping in the bedroom closest to the street.

Love this place!

Five of us stayed at this beautiful apartment in downtown Nashville when we came to see Jon Batiste. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the two balconies--one in the living area and one in a bedroom. The apartment is on the river and not far from the Ryman. Lovely decor and very clean. We had no issues accessing the parking or apartment. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Nashville weekend

We had a great time in Nashville. The property is in easy walking distance of Broadway, Printer’s Alley, the Capital and German Town. We had lots room. No need to purchase coffee as there is a Keureg with lots of pods. Thanks!

My biggest issue with this property was the cleanliness or lack there of. When we arrived i noticed the unit was dusty, but thought whatever we weren't spending a ton of time in unit so i could overlook. Then we noticed the cheerios all over the floor in the living area. There was an endless supply under the sofa and in the closet of the master bedroom. Again we chuckled about it and went on with our trip. My disquest was when we stripped the beds prior to checkout and there was a GIANT blood stain on the mattress pad. I nearly vomited. I would expect that the cleaning crew would have taken care of this instead of just remaking the bed. I have NEVER experienced this before and will never rent a property managed by this company again.
