Room was beat up, flooring was falling apart, windows were rotting. Room location was tough across hall from elevators. We knew we were in trouble when they left us ear plugs to use! There were ants crawling all over the place too.

Great location but was difficult to find the check in information because they send it the day of arrival. Also there is absolutely no one there to assist you and no direct phone number to call for assistance. Everything is through email or chat. That being said, we selected the two bedroom suite. We paid extra for the upgrade but I feel it was a bit overpriced because there were no televisions in the bedrooms, there was only the one bathroom and our view was of a parking deck in which people could look into our home. So we kept the blinds closed at all times. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and we didn’t hear any outside noise. The bathroom amenities were very nice(Malin & Goetz) and there was more than enough room to accommodate 4 people. Also, all of the bars and restaurants were two blocks down the street, super convenient. I would consider staying there again but perhaps in a different unit if I could choose.

The property was awesome. The rooms are much larger than I anticipated, with distinct sleeping and living/kitchen areas, so it feels much more like home than you get in a other hotels. The communication from the team was fantastic, even though there's not a person at the front desk. I did run into members of the staff during my stay and all of them were incredibly friendly. The property is located on a more quiet street, so there is not much noise. My room was on the alley-side of the building, but there was little to no traffic through that alley, so noise was never a factor. It is easily walkable to Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium, which makes it a great location. However, it is far enough away from everything that you're not going to get boisterous visitors hanging out nearby. Would definitely stay again.

This place has nobody onsite, so when something breaks, it won't be fixed, just like our TV that didn't work so we couldn't watch Sunday night football.... Then they responded with ..... It will be fixed within 24 hours, we were leaving in 24 hours! What if the toilet overflowed or there was a pipe burst! They are in the hospitality business, and they lack hospitality!
