Fantastic property! Charming, quiet, and VERY clean. Tim was an excellent host who let us know exactly what to expect, where to find everything, and how to contact him if we needed any help. We were in town for a long weekend to take our soon-to-be 17-year-old son for his first Nashville experience, and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations (especially for the price). Our son loved the hot tub, and his dad and I loved how comfortable the beds were. All of the top spots we wanted to see were an easy 10- or 15-minute drive away (maybe 20 during peak traffic), but everything was so peaceful that it felt like we were truly away from it all. The best of both worlds. We would absolutely stay here again.
