Housekeeping really dropped the ball. Never showed up and we had to call them for fresh towels….it happened again and I called to tell them we needed room freshened up. In the 4 days we were there, after my second call, housekeeping only came in to freshen up once.

The employees were not very helpful and rude. The Starbucks employee was very unfriendly and the coffee was cold. We stay one night for dinner and I had to take the bartender away from his conversation to get waited on. The final straw was the $62 per day to park. It was not noted in the add. I will find a less expensive place next time.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Only issue was at check in and we were told by Charmaine lady with long braids that we had to wait. This could be a teachable moment for her and when she welcomes guests to the hotel. She was pretty rude. Other than that it was just perfect. Thank you!!

Clean hotel central to all the bars, but quiet & safe. Need room key to operate the elevator. Small satellite Starbucks in lobby too, which was convenient. We ate dinner in the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, food was very good there.
