The place had everything we needed. The light fixtures could have been dusted better. Additional towels should be accessible. Walking directions to the nearby shops and restaurants could have been provided better. One way was a bit sketchy and didnt know to go left out of the development is more direct.

Great property, easy to get downtown. We had 11 people. Roll out beds were not user friendly as they are stored in the garage (basement) and had to drag them upstairs to use. Ended up buying a blow up mattress instead

Loved our stay!

We just got back from our stay and absolutely loved the time we spent. Such a well-decorated space that could hold a lot of people. Plenty of room to work with, while everyone felt comfortable. The location was perfect, only a short Uber ride or a 20 minute walk to Broadway. We would definitely come back again!

Great Place - as it looks in photos.

The apartment was terrific. It looks just as it does in the photos and is in a great location for getting to Broadway using ride services or walking to the Gulch. Leave time to register with the property management service, GoodNight Stay. There are several steps involved. They were very responsive to texts and calls once we got there in order to get into the apartment.

Problems

No towels for kitchen or soap for dishwasher. 2) Rugs in living room buckle up and corners in 2 bedrooms roll up and was a health tripping issue. 3) Bedroom 3rd floor sink drain very slow. 4)Did not have but 1 washcloth on 3rd floor bedroom. 5)Only 1 trashbag for kitchen for 5 days, had to use our own .6)White socks was almost black walking around. Might dust living room table, floor, and lights over the kitchen sink. But with construction, that probably was the problem with dust When called on the problems, some got resolved due to didn't call on each of these problems The place was really nice and comfortable for our 9 people group. Kitchen was nice and clean and stocked with kitchen utensils.

Great place!

Everything was perfect, the property is really nice and well kept. The location is great, not too close to be overwhelming but still close enough for walking distance from the best areas in town. Nashville is really amazing!

Lots of stairs, cool place

We enjoyed the property, though the decor was a little trendy for our tastes as older adults. I was upset at last-minute required $99 damage insurance policy. That should have been charged up front. Once we got there, though, the employees were wonderful about communicating with us, eager to please. That was great. We were about a mile from most of the action, and we'd highly recommend the Ryman tour and The Listening Room, where songwriters play their songs on stage solo. Good food, too,

We didn’t get to stay. Booking was changed to a cheaper option and we were not satisfied.

Our original booking was changed and they wanted us to stay at a cheaper further out place. We were not offered an expected compensation. Our money was refunded from the booking agent but not the VRBO charge.

Beware of bogus charges after the stay

We stayed at this property for 4 nights with 2 other couples. We are not irresponsible kids on spring break but rather are all in our late 50's, 60's, and 70's. Apparently the ladies in our group got makeup on the white towels and washcloths. I received a new charge today(1 month later) for $150 to replace "permanently stained" towels. There were no black rags for makeup removal as we have had in other properties. In all the places we have rented and hotels we have stayed in, we have never had this happen. The property management company who manages this listing is "Goodnight Stay". We will never rent a property affiliated with these folks again. Cleaning and sometimes replacing towels and linens is a cost of doing business. I would think the near $5K we paid for 4 nights would cover such costs

Nashville Couples Trip

We would have given this property 5 stars - the decor and furniture was top notch! Everything lived up to our expectations except we thought for such a nice property they could have had more than one tiny bottle of liquid soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Also downstairs bed frame needs to be fixed; every time we moved or rolled over, there was squeaking. At the end of the day, we still would come back and stay in a heartbeat, and would recommend this property to others.

Nashville downtown property

Very spacious and comfortable property in convenient, quiet location near I40 and downtown. Hard to find due to construction and door code did not work for entry. Manager was available via phone call to help. There are 3 levels with steep stairs so be prepared to climb. Dust on baseboards, etc. but the area is under construction.

Am amazing properly in an up and coming area.

Great property, exactly as advertised! Very well laid out with 4 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We were a party of 8 (4 couples) and it was perfect!!! Would definitely rent again.
