Day front desk manager (Elin ?)was excellent - courteous- friendly - a major asset to the hotel) would be good to have a phone jack in the bathroom with ability to put room phone in there when needed. Location was great - walk to Downtown. Front desk (Kevin) also very helpful. One of cf the best Hampton experiences I’ve had. Kudos

All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, including maintenance and housekeeping. Everyone engaged in conversation and asked about our stay. The breakfast was fresh, and the area was very clean. The room we had was large, and so was the bathroom. Everything felt clean and cozy. When we wanted to go out, Uber only took 3-5 minutes to pick us up. The TV and the thermostat were easy to control. The elevators were fast!

The hotel, staff and location were great. I would of rated it a 5 star however they stopped making breakfast 40min before breakfast was supposed to be over, so it was just whatever was there. Other than that all was good 👍
