Girls Trip

The house was perfect for myself and 3 girlfriends! We came to Franklin to enjoy shopping the cute shops and eating at the wonderful restaurants. It was easy to get to from the Nashville airport...about a 30 min drive. The house was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed rocking in the rocking chairs on the front porch! We felt safe in the neighborhood and took daily walks. Would definitely atay here again!

Fantastic Franklin

The house was big enough for all eight of us. The beds were extremely comfortable and sheets/towels were very clean. The decor was breathable and well done. Loved how organized and labeled the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were. The special touch of snacks in the kitchen were a nice surprise. In walking distance to downtown Franklin, where all the cute coffee shops and stores were located. If you wanted a spa day, you could just cross the street. Beautiful house, memorable stay.

New Year family vacation

Nice place

Great place to gather with friends. We attended the tree lighting in downtown Franklin and this is conveniently located to easily walk there. The house has just the right amount of amenities that are needed and is very well planned out for the convenience of travelers. It is clean and has great updates. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I wish it had was a bathroom for each bedroom—there is a Jack and Jill bathroom. Otherwise it couldn’t have been better.

We selected this property for number of bedrooms and to provide walking distance to downtown Franklin. The property is beautifully decorated, everything as advertised! We all commented this is the nicest VRBO any of have ever stayed in, and that says a lot!

Beautiful home near civil war history

Wonderful home in a fantastic location. The town of Franklin is charming and full of history. Walking distance from town and something for everyone in your group. Was suprised to see the civil war battlefields so close. Had a delightful stay.

Perfect Franklin Location

Our family came down to attend a wedding in Franklin. The house was perfect! It was exactly as it appears on line. Bright, homey, and comfortable space to gather. Close to a great coffee shop, historic landmarks and walkable to downtown. Would absolutely stay again when visiting Franklin.

Annual Gala

4 couples travel to Franklin every year to support an overseas mission in Uganda called PR12 and enjoy a few days on each side of the event. This house was perfect in size, convenient location for walking, very clean and well laid out for visiting between excursions. We would definitely stay there again ! The only negative is contacting the property mgmt to ask simple questions requires a master’s degree if you are not a tech geek…. A phone number would be helpful !

Family gathering.

We were in town for my mother's burial. The home was the perfect size for our party of 6 with room for more. Everyone had their own bathroom so planning for events while there was easy for everyone to get ready on time. The amenities in the bathrooms were a perfect touch. I loved that each room had full size mirrors and somewhere to sit. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The main living areas were nice with room for everyone to relax. I personally liked that there is only one TV in the house. It assured that everyone gathered together for conversation and quality time. There were games available to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with most anything you need to cook a family dinner. And the coffee beans, grinder and assortment of teas were such a nice addition. Oh, and the mini moon pies were so much fun. They brought back fond childhood memories. Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the host was simple. I really appreciate how easy everything went during a really difficult time for us. IIwildefinitelbook this property again in the future.

This was our second time to stay at the property, and everything was great - just as we expected after visiting previously. The property is in a great location within walking distance to downtown and has everything that is needed. Next time we are in Franklin, we'll stay at the same place!
