Great stay with friends!

Came into town with friends for the AC/DC concert! We enjoyed the convenient location and amenities, especially king beds in all four bedrooms. Great communication with Ashley! Thank you again!

The home was beautiful and the location was great. Quiet neighborhood and easy to catch an Uber to downtown Nashville. Good proximity to the Gulch for evening meals and breakfast.

Owners of Property and Property are wonderful!

We had an amazing time at this property. First and foremost the owners were so accommodating and easy to speak with. They go above and beyond to make your stay easy. The house was beautiful and well kept. We had six adults and had plenty of room. Location is everything and we were right in the middle of all Nashville hot spots. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great place to stay located in a great area.

We had an amazing time staying here in Nashville. The place was located in a great area. Quick uber trips from downtown, the Gulch, and 12 South. There was enough space for all of us girls with plenty of bathrooms. Rooftop had amazing views while we drank our coffee in the mornings.

Great location and perfect for a group

There were 7 of us and it was the perfect size. The beds and bedrooms are large. It was a seamless check-in and check-out. We would highly recommend people to stay here. We will 100% book it again

Amazing Property!

High end luxury property for you and your friends to have a blast in Nashville (a 5-7 min Uber ride to Broadstreet, its possible to walk, but it would be a hike). Clean, ample space, and a great rooftop deck with views of the city. You will not be disappointed! Great place, A++++! Thanks again for a great time.

Clean and As Advertized!

There's always a moment of nervousness before entering a rental, but every ounce of nerves disappeared once we looked inside. This property was very clean, there were lots of extra towels and blankets, we could run the dishwasher, and we used the washer/dryer. We were four couples each with our own bedrooms and two couples with their own bathrooms. The master suite on the top floor is amazing and the deck/bathroom on the third floor were fantastic. It was a quick Uber ride to and from Broadway and it was an easy walk to the restaurants in the Gulch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Property Close to the Gulch!

This property is beautifully decorated with fun Nashville themed items and decor. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens around. There was plenty of room for 8-10 to comfortably hang out, sleep and eat. It was nice having a washer/dryer as well as a rooftop patio. It is a great location! We walked to the Gulch and it was only a short Uber/taxi to Broadway. Ashley was so accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with! We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again!!

Property owner was available 24/7 for questions or concerns. She was so accommodating for our group as we had staggered arrival times & a late flight home. The house is just the sweetest yet touches of Nashville funky. Neighborhood is great close to great restaurants and shopping in The Gulch.
