Lots of flash but issues

Little things made it challenging. Internet was not correct. Property has all the log in info wrong. Should not have been that hard to use Internet. TV was another issue. No local channels. A few other things the property needs to address. Large front window has a leak. Kitchen faucet has issues and needs replacement as does the shower head. Garbage can has a dent or 2 but that's not a big deal

Shirt nice stay

Great place to stay. Easy drive to downtown or walk if you can make it a mile. Parking spaces in the garage will not fit a midsize car or above. At all. If you drive anything normal size then you’ll want to find street parking, which is very easy especially in the back.

Dirty and did not match description

The smell of this apartment, strong and unbearable. The smell reminds me of an old ashtray and a joint by time we left the day before expected everything we owned smelled like this apartment the description about the TV is incorrect. I required a DIRECTV login and the remote did not match the description of use Customer service never called back after attempting to assist us with the TV. They said they would contact the homeowner and we never heard from them. The TV was useless. The pull out couch bed was a blowup mattress which was not listed in the description it took all day to try and figure out how to blow up the mattress. We ended up finding the pump on top of the hot water tank , the mattress never held air well making it nearly useless very uncomfortable between the smell and the frustration with communication this apartment was the worst I’ve ever rented. Additionally, the apartment was clearly not cleaned prior to us arriving my daughter found a bottle of hair from the previous renters in the shower and the floors had not been swept or vacuumed. Absolutely horrible experience zero out of 10 would not recommend renting. We ended up leaving a day early and I’ve been trying to contact customer service regarding this apartment 10 response.

Nice Place

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay at Illume. It was easy to check-in; the apartment was delightfully decorated and had everything we needed (except we couldn't work the television!). We would recommend Illume to anyone.

Comfy bed.

The bed was amazing, pull out couch bed, not so much. My teen son ended up sleeping with me because it was so uncomfortable. There was no hot water in the kitchen when we got there, but they fixed it the next day. Couldn’t find any extra linens. There were no kitchen towels and not much variety for kitchen items. We were there for baseball and needed to cook meals. Also needed to wash all our clothes once we got home because they smelled musky from being in the condo.

Nice location

The location of this property was excellent to everything we wanted to see in Nashville, and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. I do agree with the reviewer that mentioned the place smelled like smoke - it's pretty obvious every time you walk in the place that someone smokes there. And yes, it's party central and loud at all hours but we kinda expected that. I packed my swimsuit but there was no way I was going to join the mobs of 20-somethings down there! There are also some minor repairs that need to be made - the lock on the door to the balcony, and the towel rack in the bathroom. And you should really consider more hooks/towel racks in there - there's never enough for hanging towels if you have more than one person showering (especially if one is a woman that needs one for her hair!!). And the shower doesn't really drain properly during showers so someone should look into that. The only other recommendation I have is to put a Keurig in the kitchen. Much more convenient for travelers. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay, location was great and apartment was nicely decorated. We would have coffee on the lanai in the morning. Very quick walk to trendy Gulch area. The bed was super comfortable and the building was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

LOUD PARTY PROPERTY!!! NOT SMOKE FREE!!!!

From the overflowing trash by the elevators to the smoking and vaping at the pool, I can say this is NOT a nice or clean place to stay. My unit smelled of stale cigar smoke, and neighbors (mostly party/drunk 20 somethings) make it hard to sleep. This is supposed to be a SMOKE FREE property, but there was a cloud of smoke at the pool!! I will NEVER stay here again. Unless you just want a party crash pad, don't stay here!!!!
