cute place in great neighborhood

this place was great! check in process and check out was great. loved the location. snacks and drinks in kitchen were a lovely surprise. only drawbacks were the bathroom had kind of musty smell. also, the roof is paper thin and upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants. this was most frustrating at midnight especially when their dogs were barking. not a reflection of larry, but it impeded sleep, so felt it fair to point out. loved the onsite pool and restaurants and pet store in walking distance.

Everything we needed and more!

Such a great stay! The space is small but incredibly well-stocked—there were even snacks for my kids, which was so thoughtful. The bed linens and pillows were high quality, and nothing felt cheap or overlooked. The location is perfect and walkable to everything. I’m booking again next month when I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Stylish and comfortable

Great spot from which to explore the city. Clean and comfortable, with stylish decorations and scores of thoughtful amenities. Excellent breakfast/brunch restaurant at the corner, and a Publix grocery a block away.

Girls Weekend

Everything was great. So helpful to have so many items (shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/coffee) at the residence when you are flying in. Lots of room for everyone. The pool was great to have. And the address was easy to find for Uber drivers. We will stay again. Thank you 😊

Great stay for nash!

Very close/affordable Uber ride to downtown and nice neighborhood with some walkability! Only downside was that the pool wasn’t open but I think it is seasonal only!

Very Comfy!

This comfy condo helped to make our Nashville get-a-way very affordable. The space was nicely remodeled and had many thoughtful touches. It was easy to settle in and we slept well. My husband is a light sleeper. We could hear the sounds of the city around us but thankfully, the space was nice & quiet by bedtime. It was a nice walk to breakfast and to Zanies for a comedy show. We would definitely say again!

This property was close to the comedy venue we had show tickets at. It was easy to get every where we wanted to visit from here. Loved that I could bring my pet.

Cute and Convenient

Our host was the most most gracious and helpful host I've ever experienced here. The place was super clean and decorated nicely. We were about 7 minutes from everything worth doing in Nashville. Hattie B's is only a block away. I highly recommend this place

Family Xmas trip

Everything was perfect from all the little details of making the most of this space, to the area and the special touches from the host. He checked to make sure our flight came in ok, gave space me great ideas for places to check out and most of all checked on us during tornado. We will stay again and would recommend to anyone thanks again for making our stay so comfortable.

Best experience yet

Really enjoyed staying at the “Comfy Condo”. They had thought of just about everything one might need. The place was very clean and convenient to many places. They communicated well and and the checkin and check out process was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend staying here and will look to stay here again.

Awesome Location and Accomadations

We overall loved the location. It was very reasonable to stay here for 4days and everywhere was a cheap $5-$10 Uber/Lyft ride away. The manager had great communication, was very accommodating and was VERY responsive. The place was clean and quiet which was needed after Broadway late nights. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!!
