Cute Nashville themed environment. Plenty of space and super walkable to Broadway and a local BBQ spot, Martin's. Appreciated that we had parking since parking in Nashville is expensive. Because of the walkability might not need a car next time we visit.

Awesome place to stay. Three bedrooms all with in suite baths which is really nice. Easy mile walk to the strip. My youngest (early 20's) was reaching out to friends to schedule future trips while we were there.

Great place to stay in a great location

You know it’s a good rental place when you don’t have to reach out to the owners / property manager for any reason during your whole stay. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there for us as soon as we walked in the door. The communication leading up to our arrival was fantastic and we had all the information we needed. Great location with about a 10 - 15 minute walk to downtown or a short uber. We used the rental for an adult trip, but the rental would be great for a family too. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Overall great experience.

Location, location, location!

What a convenient location to get to Broadway - but we sure got our steps in, in Nashville! Also uphill walk not as much fun after a long night in cowboy boots :) But also very close to some awesome restaurants in Sobro!Place was great, fun games in basement for our last night in. Kitchen well equipped and property managment very communicative. Highly recommend it.

Cute, clean and comfortable place with plenty of beds for everyone. It was an easy walk to Broadway! We didn’t have to pay for any Ubers. The manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved the idea of 3 bedrooms with each of us having our own bathroom. There were 3 couples and it was perfect! Electrical outlet and light up mirrors in both upstairs bathrooms did not work. Reported and said they'd take care of it after we were gone which was ok with us. Dish washer didn’t work and reported and also said it would be fixed. Location was excellent for walking distance to Broadway. We would stay here again if we return at a later date. Easy parking along the street.

Great time with family and this condo was located in a good area. A little loud traffic, but hey, it’s Nashville. Plenty of room to spread out so those afternoon naps were not a problem

Nashville Birthdays

The place was great. The account managers were quick with responses as there was trouble getting into due to key code pad. It took sometime to unlock. Upon arrival the townhouse was clean and ready for new guests. They provided anything you could need in the kitchen and baths. The walk to Broadway wasn’t too bad the walk back was uphill. I highly recommend this townhome.

Short Business Trip

Nashville New Years Bash

This was a great place for us! It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our large group. It is within walking distance of downtown. However, keep in mind the walk to town is easy because it is downhill, the walk back is up a decently big hill. We never felt nervous walking to or from the property. The home does show some wear and tear (wall scratches, loose towel racks, etc) but nothing major. I had great communication with the host. We did have internet troubles the entire stay but I was in communication with the host. Please also note that to get to the main floor of the house, you have to go up a flight of steps and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for our group but it did make unloading and loading a workout. Parking can be a bit hectic if you have multiple cars. There is street parking but finding a spot can be a challenge depending on the day. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend this property!
