Fun time in Nashville

Have stayed at many vrbos and was very happy here, had and needed everything we needed, and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place close to the sites!

A lot of room in a small footprint! Location made it easy to get to a variety of tourist spots. The property owners responded very quickly messages and check in and out was very easy- thank goodness as we arrived in driving rain! There were a few small blemishes but it was overall very clean and the perfect setup for our family vacation.

Sufficient for our needs

The property was sufficient. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. It isn't in the best of neighborhoods, but it's close enough to downtown Nashville that it was convenient and the price was better than other places with 3 bedrooms.

Good stay, but needs a little attention

5 of us stayed at the property for a girls trip. Overall, this property met our needs. It had a great layout on the main floor for a group. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were plenty for our group. We had no problems getting Ubers/Lyfts or essentials delivered. I do think a few things need attention at this property: One of the bedroom’s smoke alarm is hanging down from the ceiling. There are missing pieces on the entry door blinds (entry off the main road) which isn’t a great first impression. A previous guest must have struggled with finger nail polish in the main floor bathroom, as it’s on the toilet handle, sink, etc. The top step in the stairwell is missing the edge piece. If these items were fixed/cleaned the property would show so much better.

Great first Vrbo experience

Great experience, location was a short 10 -15 min drive from areas we were visiting including downtown. Size of rooms and bed layout including the bunkbeds was perfect for our group of 9. The area felt safe and neighbors were friendly. Would stay again!

I had higher hopes.....

Here are some and issues we encountered during the recent stay. The homes cleaning was not very good, in fact we took several example photos to share with you. The full set of dishes, cups, coffee mugs and silverware had to be run through a dishwasher cycle before we could use them. the shelves they sit on are so sticky with grease and such it made it gross to reach up there as was the stove vent hood. Several areas under the cabinets were very dirty and some untouched by the cleaning crew at all. The floors were sticky and felts as if they were not even mopped or mopped with a super sticky cleaning product. The top piece of the stairs was not secured and really posed a tripping issue and the smoke detectors in the rooms were not secured and were hanging down. The back door had little to no weather stripping keeping the home rather chilly downstairs during the stay. And the day we checked out there was a roach that was in the kitchen that my mom had to kill. I have pictures I can share also if VRBO allows this. The home is also located in a not so great area of town.
