Just a few minutes from the sea and the beaches of Torre Lapillo, among the most famous destinations of Salento, it isa holiday home located in Boncore, in a quiet area. The villa, completely fenced, has furnished outdoor areas and accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine and barbecue. Accommodates up to 6 people. Pets are not allowed.
A small villa to spend your vacation near the sea in Torre Lapillo
The house is located in a fairly quiet area. When you enter the holiday home you will find a beautiful bright living room, with a dining room and an open kitchen. The double sofa bed is also present in this room. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, simple and functional for a holiday by the sea of Salento. The shower bathroom completes the interiors of the house. There is a courtyard with outdoor shower, table and chairs for lunch and dinner outdoors, using the barbecue to grill. The doors and windows have window screens to protect from insects

The holiday home is located in Boncore, a town in the community of Nardò which is located close to Torre Lapillo and allows you to easily reach both the center and the sea of the famous village of Porto Cesareo. The beaches are just 1.2 kilometers away. In Torre Lapillo there are the main commercial services, as well as ATM, medical and parapharmacy.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
