Bonne situation et beaucoup de potentiel, mais Ă©tablissement trĂšs vĂ©tuste avec un gros manque d’entretien general. En pĂ©riode de covid, le menage est resumĂ© par un coup de balai, mais traces de doigts gras partout et couverture d’origine sans housse !
