Good stopover location

Great two night stay. Good location next to autoroute and grocery shopping. Also near enough to Narbonne town and Narbonne Plage. Nothing fancy but just what we needed during our stopover. Parking available for no fee and staff was friendly.

Poor quality room

Parking was free and checking in was fine. It was the room that was really disappointing. The seperate shower cubicle was small, grubby and poorly maintained. The toilet was seperate again and the sink was in the room and no plug. Water had to be running all the time to either wash or shave. Our overall inpression was that IBIS have confused budget ,which means no frills and poor quality, which is unacceptable at any price.

Great value for location.

Great value for location. Near a commercial center and highway but not noisy. Friendly staff. Clean and no fee for parking in the enclosed hotel parking lot.

Decent budget hotel in Narbonne

Room was clean and comfortable and location convenient but staff had a problem with our booking - they said they couldn't convert our HK$ to Euros tho' we had paid in.full by card - and made us wait half an hour before they were finally able to release our room.

Very convenient stopover hotel

This is a budget hotel located right off the freeway (Autoroute A9), and therefore quite convenient for a stopover if you are driving. Basic, but a very good entry in this category. Located in a shopping zone with chain restaurants and supermarket around. No charm—I would not stay there if I were visiting Narbonne (and you need to drive to get downtown) but on our way to somewhere else this was a great, inexpensive choice to stopover. Staff was quite cheerful and helpful. Room clean, good bed, quiet. (No hair dryer in this hotel category, though).

Fomos mau recebidos no checkin, diziam ter recepção 24h e quando chegamos após meia noite, deixaram uma fresta do portão aberto o qual se passava com dificuldade e so abriram o portao apos pagamento de uma taxa turistica de 2 euros sendk que a hospedagem de 80 euros ja estava quitada. No dia seguinte o cafe da manha que é pago estava super simples e também fomos bem ignorados pelo recepcionista do momento, não repuseram panquecas, crepes e embutidos, isso porque ai da faltavam 30 min para finalizar. Mal olhavam em nossa face. Pessimo atendimento no geral ate para um pernoite o quarto era muito pequeno
