We chose this property due to its proximity to relatives. It is quite far from Naples, however there is a Publix, Dunkin, Fast Food close by. The price for our stay was a bargain, compared to other Naples properties. If you are looking for value then I would be prepared for the following: The house itself was nice and clean, however it had an odd sour smell. The water had a Sulphur smell so we were unable to drink and had to purchase cases of water for drinking and brushing our teeth. Showering was OK. This property is close to a canal, we had a few nightly visitors (cockroaches). I understand this is typical for FL but usually hosts can have a spray service. Our septic backed up on the 2nd day but Ruth was very nice and attentive and promptly fixed the issue and cleaned the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and amentities were newer.
