Clean room. My only concern was the check-in: We arrived on a Sunday and I think we were the only ones in the building. A staff person was supposed to open the door remotely but did not buzz us into the building at the confirmed arrival time. This was the perfect location to walk everywhere in Napoli. The proprietor is an absolute gem. He is kind, patient and gracious. He even carried our luggage to the taxi. We did learn that 65 steps is to the 2nd floor😃 There is no lift/elevator so you will be carrying your luggage up stairs. The treat is when you get there this 1670’s building is fantastic! We were not disappointed at all.
